ditch the 2023 interface
I'm just going to stop using adobe. The new interface makes what I wan't to do impossible and frustrating. Go back to the older interface and check with your users before making untested and badly designed changes. Mac Preview for me from now.

STOP!!!!!
Just stop constantly redesigning everything to make work for your designers. You've switched everything from one side to another made things harder to find or have just made icons that no one knows what they mean. It just means everyone has to relearn the program every single time. All it does is waste time. Have you ever heard of the adage "If it ain't broke don't fix it"?
STOP CHANGING EVERYTHING JUST FOR THE SAKE OF IT!

Automatic sign out from one of the previous devices while signing in on new device
As user-based license do not allow sign in on more than 2 devices at once, user should be automatically sign out from one of the previous devices while signing in the new device. For user using different devices or VMs frequently due to business needs getting a prompt and then sign out from previous device is more draining as well as time consuming. While signing in on new device, if it signs out user from previous device which had the oldest last launched, then signing in new device will be smoother for user.

Hide 'Enable Editing' Button on New Acrobat
On old Acrobat, when opening a document that claims compliance with PDF/A, a box would appear at the top of the program stating so along with an "Enable Editing" button. Although on a read-only document, I am unable to click Enable Editing; however, I could click the "I" information icon and have it dismissed. On New Acrobat, the same box appears with the same "Enable Editing" button and same "I" information icon, but clicking the "I" no longer does anything. Therefore on certain read-only documents, I am stuck with this blue box permanently at the top wasting screen real estate.

Missing Ctrl+5 shortcut icon to toggle between thick and thin lines as in old UI
New UI is not so user friendly. Please feedback to your development team that we hope to see the same good features from the old UI. For example, the Ctrl+5 shortcut icon is missing in new UI. We prefer just one click to toggle between thick and thin lines as in old UI.

Microsoft Purview Information Protection - Improvement
We enforce the use of Microsoft Purview Information Protection labels on all PDFs.
It would be good to have a drop-down menu, much like you see on Microsoft Outlook emails to select a label, rather than requiring the user to open the Protect section and click 'Select a Microsoft Sensitivity Label'.
This should be in the toolbar by default if MIP is being enforced by policy at the machine level.1 vote -
Two-page view is useless
I have a 3-page PDF. I need to view pages 2 and 3 together on the same screen. It can't be done in Acrobat. I suspect this is a problem any time you need to have the even-numbered page on the left and the odd-numbered page on the right. Not to mention that even finding the page view settings is almost impossible with the current UI.
Did you ever think that maybe you should run this stuff by a focus group before deciding it's a good idea?

Request to move "All Tools" back to right side
Request to move the toolbar back to the right side of the screen. It's disorienting to have it on the left after so long on working on documents with the prior orientation.

Can't disable the new acrobat- Crashes everytime
Acrobat keeps crashing when I try to disable the New Acrobat and I can't get anything done. The AI bar is annoying. Can't disable it either. Need a fix! I prefer the Classic since I use Enfocus Pitstop and can't even get them in a toolbar. Please fix this problem. It's a frustrating bug/glitch!

Customization for all default shortcut icons
It makes no sense that customizing the tool bar is limited in that the default tools can't be deleted or even moved lower. Same goes for the side panel. Same goes for the navigation bar. Everyone uses the product differently, requiring/preferring widely varied views and tools. I don't see why adobe wouldn't provide full customization in order to better serve every user. Some of the default icons are ones I will absolutely never click on but I have no choice but to have and keep them in the prime and easiest to access locations on the page.

layout
The current layout of Adobe for basic text functions is confusing and inconvenient. I wish Adobe would be kinder to their customers and improve its products instead of impeding its customers. I don't want to support Adobe but I have to. I don't want to be a *****. I am a person, not a user. I think and do. An interface does not even begin to sum up what happens as I work with Adobe and do other things. Yuck.

Popups
Remove the 10 million billion trillion popups when initially running after downloading/signing up for a trial. Also, if you can't get the program to run at least as well as Microsoft word for editing a document... no one will.

App Opening Experience
When opening a PDF, all the side menus open each time, causing the document to be either a) hidden, or b) hilariously small. I like these menus, but they should be minimized by default.
Each app opening experience involves closing both side views, then declining the AI "experience". It is getting old, and I am tired of popups when I just want to read my document.

Bug: "Find" feature makes Reader crash when keyboard language is changed
I usually work with multilingual PDFs, with Latin + Greek script. When I search text using the "Find" feature, and switch keyboard language layout while the cursor is in the "Find" text field, Reader almost often crashes. This started happening after the latest big GUI update.
Steps:
- I am reading a PDF with Latin + Greek script
- I open the "Find" tool using Ctrl + F
- I change the keyboard's language layout while the cursor is in that field, using Windows button + Spacebar. The keyboard's language is supposed to switch from Italian to Greek (Polytonic Greek)…2 votes -
Unable to change tool bar, user cannot add to menu line like older versions.
I open drawings all day, and used ot be able to set the menu to my user preference - on top with the menu - no screen space wasted - now the program opens the document and 2 menus, and a floating edit menu....
maybe allow a classic menu option...1 vote -

NOT BEING ABLE TO GET RID OF TOOLBAR IS TERRIBLE AND THE NEW PAGE ORGANIZING DISPLAY IS TERRIBLE. CANT READ THE PAGES EVEN WHEN I ZOOM IN.
The old page organizing display was much better. The images of each page were clearer and large. When I zoom in in the new format, I still can't see that page numbers. I HATE it so much and although with printed permit sets its great, when it's a digital sign and sealed document, it is impossible for me.
Also, the toolbar I can't get rid of is terrible. Sometimes I need a screenshot or something and I can't get it because the toolbar is in the way no matter where I move it to. Why did you make all of…14 votes -
Bring back the old Interface
Th new userinterface is all over the place. We have a big grey unused border at the right and some random icons and tools at the left. It's not possible to move te tools from the left to the right, so theres always a toolbox above the pdf I want to read, while the right border is half empty. This is horrible, non-efficient and really annoying while reading.

The new interface is awful. Bring back the old one.
The new interface is awful. I would go into detail but that says it all. Everything I use Adobe for is now more clicks, less efficient. I want to go back to the old version and there doesn't appear to be an option. Fix this Adobe. I hate the new interface and so do my coworkers. I mostly use Adobe to combine, edit, sign, and organize files. Everything I have done so far was worse than it was before with no advantages.
