move file to dialog, is not showing my other folders besides the scan folder
I have a couple folders setup on my document cloud. Total of 3. Scans, Personal, Work.
On Acrobat DC Pro, the move file dialog only lists my scan folder, no options to move back a directory.. (Bad)
On Acrobat WEB interface, the move file dialog lists all 3 folders. (Good)
On Acrobat Mobile interface, the move file dialog allows me to move back a directory to select my other folders. (OK)*This is when trying to move a document from my scans folder to another location.

COMPLAINT!
Your Website offers no easy way to contact customer support. Then when I found the number with a Google search, it took me 45 minutes and the demand of a supervisor to CANCEL a subscription. THEN even though the charge is pending, there is a 7 to 10 DAY HOLD on MY money. This is VERY unprofessional and NOT a good way to do business. I can assure you that I will never pay for an adobe product again.

Acrobat Pro DC crashes intermittently at various points during my use of the program. I use it all day long at work, to review claim documents and invoices, and I have to run recognize text, highlight/edit things, and move throughout legal documents by scrolling or searching. It crashes when I try to do literally anything but not every single time. Whenever it crashes, it shows me the crash window twice (window comes up, I click close, it lags and closes the message box, then brings it back up-- every single time, I get the crash notice twice per crash, losing…

Flickering pages
When I switch colors in output preview, the screen flickers.
For example, here at time 1:08-1:20: https://youtu.be/ShbafbUx9FU?t=68
When output preview is enabled, the screen also blinks when browsing between pages.
This is a "feature" of Acrobat DC, older versions work correctly.14 votes -

Flash movies crash
All latest Adobe Acrobat versions (DC, Pro, Reader) for Mac OS X crash when running the attached file. The crash occurs either when switching between the pages or after video restart. However, Reader XI still works. Some older versions may work as well. Please fix.

error message for non administrative users (msiexec.exe)
When you start Adobe Acrobat Pro without local adminstrative rights a error message appears.(see attachment)
We identified the corresponding command line with procmon: "C:\Windows\System32\msiexec.exe" /i {AC76BA86-1033-FFFF-7760-0C0F074E4100} REINSTALLMODE=omus DISABLEFIUCHECK=1 IGNOREAAM=1 REPAIRFROMAPP=1 INSTALLUWPAPP=1 /qn"We deployed the "Creative Cloud Client" as a "Self-Serivce-Packages", so licensed Users can install and use adobe products without local administrative rights.
Could you please check why msiexec.exe is called with every program start? We get a lot of tickets from users complaining about this error message and your support wasnt a help at all.

Confusing Interface When Exporting to TIFFs with Wizard
The presentation and wording used when creating an Action Wizard to export a group of PDF files to TIFFs is inconsistent and confusing compared to how it is done when exporting a single PDF from the main menu. At the main menu 'Export To' is its own selection at the same level as 'Save', however, in the Wizard I have to first select "Save" (twice) to get to the place where I can tell do an "Export To". And to further add to the confusion you have this other TIFF export option named "Export All Images As TIFF" that led…

Action Wizard Inconsistently Names Exported TIFF Files
When running an Action Wizard that saves/exports a group of PDF files as (single) TIFF files, the very first file will have a ".tiff" extension and the rest will be ".tif". This ONLY happens the very first time you run the Wizard. Subsequent runs yields all files with a ".tif" extension. This is repeatable 100% of the time. Again, this applies when exporting the entire PDF file to a single TIFF file, not the feature that exports all images to multiple TIFF files.

Adobe Acrobat X Pro texts automatically highlighted with different colors (bug/error?)
I've been using Adobe Acrobat X Pro in Windows 10 for 2 years now and this is the first time I have encountered this kind of bug/error.
First problem was Acrobat crashed then I can't open it anymore so I re-installed the whole CS6 Design and Web Premium. Afterwards, that's where I saw the texts were highlighted in different colors. If I zoom in, the highlight disappear but when I zoom out, the highlight changes.
Can someone help me?

Feature Request
Please create layout options for bulk uploading images into fixed width and height boxes for multiple images.
We take a lot of pictures while working in the field we need to send them all at once and the file size is crazy big.
we dont need the full size image just a thumbnail or medium with a corporate layout we do this multiple times a day. and creating the template everytime blows....

Don't automatically download updates through metered Internet connections
Adobe products, like Acrobat DC and Acrobat Reader DC, should NOT download updates when Internet access is established through a metered connection.
When Adobe products download updates in the background through a metered connection, the data limit is reached in a snap and it's not possible to continue working for the rest of the month (depending on contract with the Internet provider) unless new, very expensive Internet allotment is bought.
