  1. Per Adobe support, a shared link created from the Fill and Sign window cannot be removed or deleted -- ever. This means there is a permanent, publicly accessible link that the creator cannot control.

If you send a link to the wrong recipient, or realize that there is a page of your document that is private, you can never disable the link or prevent anyone from viewing and downloading the shared file -- FOREVER!

This is a massive security risk. Users and organizations must be able to control their links. We must be able to disable these public links at…

  2. Until today, when I used the add text feature in fill & sign, text would automatically pop up. I use this feature multiple times a day. Now I have to retype the same thing over and over. This is going to cost me lots of time in my day, as I do this about 20 times every single day. Please restore the feature.

  3. I was using Adobe professional. Now installed Adobe Pro DC. The signature feature of Pro DC is not good at all. I would recommend to bring in the signature features of Adobe Professional 11.

  4. I would like to use 2 kinds of signature but the app offer me only to save one, but me and my wife need to sign some documents and we would like to be able to save our both signatures. We use signatures that we make ourself like using a pen.
Acrobat Pro DC, you would have an option to save only 1 signature, if i want to add another one, the one that is saved would get erased. You do not have an option to save both the signatures as of now.
It could be interesting and useful to…

  5. I ask clients to complete detailed forms in excess of 6 pages. The form usually cannot be completed in one sitting, and client's often have questions. I would like to:
    - collaborate with my client and assist in completing the form online,
    - review the form to make sure it is complete before signing
    - allow the client to save their progress and come back to the form at a later time.

It seems there is no way to do these things in real time online.

    Thank you.

  6. When I enter a Polish character (for example Ł), the font changes, letters get displaced and the text is unreadable. When I close and reopen the file, the text changes to a random string.

  7. We use to have the option to change the circle tool color to red and now I don't see it. Also, the circle is now more like a rectangle with rounded edges? I use this option a lot.

  8. I understand protecting a document after a signer(s) has completed his/her signature. However, pdf creator should be able to remove a signer(s) should their signature no longer be required (based on the signer not signing the pdf yet). Additionally, this functionality should be doable on desktop software vs forcing user to do it online/cloud.

  11. I use Acrobat Pro to "Request Signatures". In the past I have misspelled email addresses and now they show up in the auto-complete. Would love a way to clear our incorrect emails or even just clear out all auto-complete emails and start over.

  12. Please make it possible to change the fill color of the checkmark under > Fill & Sign > Add Checkmark. There is a box for color, but I cannot tell what color it is changing. The outline? I would like to be able to change the fill color of the check mark to anything besides grey.

  15. Adobe needs to to a better job of making sure people enter email signatures without typos before proceeding with an Adobe Sign document. Either double entry of email recipients or warning that if email is incorrect, the transaction will not go through.

  16. Is it possible to disable Acrobat Pro from allowing a user to leverage Adobe Sign? It seems when users purchase Acrobat Pro they automatically get the ability to use Adobe Sign but if that is not officially sanctioned for use, is there a way to disable it?

  17. I am unable to review, edit or remove auto-fill suggestions in Adobe Acrobat, when trying to 'Fill & Sign' the form. I tried all possible options and auto-fill keeps popping up. It is showing some previous personal and sensitive content that needs to be removed. Your support agents say that's impossible. Is this even legal that users can't delete private content showing in the software?? I don't think so.
I also tried turning it off: Edit>Prefrences>Forms>Auto-Complete>Off, but it's not working, it stays on. And I am unable to edit entry list too.
Can this be sorted or I have to…

    Hi,

In order to delete the contents of the auto-fill, please follow the below steps :

    • Go to https://cloud.acrobat.com/ and sign in with your credentials.
    • At the top right corner of the screen, you will see an dropdown with your username on it.
    • Click it and go to Settings.
    • Now you can either stop the auto fill suggestions by unchecking the “Suggest words….” checkbox or you simply press Clear All button and will clear all the auto fill entries which has been stored in your account.
Please let me know in case of any concerns.
    Regards,
    Sandeep Grover

  18. It MUST - absolutely MUST (!!!) be possible to use a version of 'Fill and Sign' that allows your form to be edited (maybe by you and only you) after you've saved it. For Adobe to keep saying 'it's not editable after you've saved it is pointless. For things like applications and long forms etc., you don't get things right first time, you have to go back and change figures etc, so either Adobe decide to make an editable version, or people use something else.

At the moment, a pencil and a rubber is a better alternative. Please don't just…

    Hi,

The changes you made inside Fill and Sign app becomes non-editable when you save the PDF after placing an Signature/Initial on the PDF. This is by design since placing the signature/initial is generally the last step in filling a form.

You can always edit your changes before you place the signature/initial.

    Regards,
    Sandeep Grover

  19. When I start using the "Fill and Sign" function, it shuts down. Nothing gets saved either. It keeps happening. I tried to download my document, re-download the document, printed and scanned the document, and it is still doing it. I tried all of the fixes that were listed on the website and then restarted the computer and nothing was fixed.

    Hi,

We recently made some fixes in Fill and Sign area. I request you to please update your application to the latest version by going to Help > Check for Updates.

Please let us know if you are still able to observe the crash on the latest build.

    Regards,
    Sandeep Grover

  20. The ability to add a date to my signature with Fill & Sign is a serious limitation (the document has active fields.) Blocking the "fill" may be "as designed", but the design is flawed because it prevents important functionality.
