  1. editing pdf and question mark boxes

    I have been editing a PDF without problem, and now all of the sudden, I have a question mark in a box, littered throughout my PDF. It seems to occur over the letter T. It also won't let me into the text box to edit any more.

    Working on a large project with a tight deadline, with hours in the project already..

  2. When I go to change/update/remove headers, pages disappear

    Running Mac 10.11.6 and Acrobat Pro and when I go to change or update or remove the headers, I lose random pages within my document. I've tried updating the headers, removing the headers and adding headers and it nothing works. HELP.

  3. Need to click two screens to close one document

    I use Acrobat Standard DC v.2015.006.30417
    Each time I close a document, I get another screen which I then need to click on to close my document. I've seen, online, comments regarding a box, in General Preferences, that can be checked to eliminate this feature, but my version does not have the box.
    What can I do to stop this very annoying activity?

  4. How to Insert Image is Greyed Out on Combining , Editing, Form .

    We need more information on steps to be able to reproduce this issue.

    Please share the version of acrobat you are using. You can do so using the link -helpx.adobe.com/acrobat/kb/identify-product..

    And also share the test PDF file using forums.adobe.com/docs/DOC-7161 for us to investigate further.

  5. Mismatch between splitted file names and bookmark names

    After splitting a document by top-level bookmarks, file names do not match bookmark names.

    Bookmark names are all capital Greek without periods, underscores or other characters. I'm using Adobe Acrobat DC Pro and Windows 7 Professional.

  6. PLEASE SOLVE ....'SAVE AS..FAILED TO PROCESS THIS DOCUMENT...I have spent over 2 hours trying to Export PDF to MS Word.....just does not wo

    Please solve ...'Save As...failed to process this document...No file was created'..........I am using latest 7 Day Trial Version.......I have spent 2 hours trying to Export PDFs......I don't trust other online offers....so stuck with Adobe..... and DC

  7. Program Closes Adobe Acrobat DC has stopped working

    I will be in the middle of a project and this comes up...

    Adobe Acrobat DC has stopped working

    A problem caused the program to stop working correctly. Windows will close the program and notify you if a solution is available. If this happens, I am going to stop paying a monthly fee and discontinue services. HELP

  8. Text Box (not font) is black

    When I click on a field to populate, the text box becomes black. Therefore I cannot see what I type in the field. How do I change this?! I need to complete a document as soon as possible, and this issue is holding me up. Thanks.

  11. Bug:problem displaying the attached pdf file

    We have a problem displaying the attached pdf file.

    When opeing the file, the error message shows up and it's unreadable.

    "cannot find or create the font 'MS Mincho'.
    Some characters may not display or print correctly"

    Our setting:

    *Protected pdf using owner password
    *Fonts are not embedded
    *When we opened encrypted binary registry(CIDSystemInfo Dictionaries),
    the registry shown starts with 'FEFF' in Hex, otherwise registry
    is decryped correctly.

    *NG Versions

    1. Windows 7 Pro (64bit)
      Adobe Acrobat Reader DC
      2018.011.20038

    2. Windows10 Pro ver. 1703 (64bit)

  12. Crash on deleting pages from document in portfolio

    Acrobat frequently crashes on trying to delete pages from a document that is part of a Portfolio.

    In previous versions I can see "Merge Data Files Into Spreadsheet" option, but in DC Pro in Prepare Form I don't have or can't see that option.

  14. Make Form Conversions easier .

    Thank you for your suggestion. We shall need more information on how does the “cursor jump around” and what workflow of “Form Conversions” are you using.

    Is it converting MSWord to Acroform or via scanning.?

    Used to be a feature but has been removed.
    is still a feature on PC.
    Other apps are available such as PDF Printer from the App Store that do this.

    Need to either have Adobe PDF appear as a printer, or be able to adjust settings under the create pdf button, before it creates the pdf.

    currently you can only create a pdf that matches the same size as the document. so you can't print an A4 document onto an A3, A2, A1…

  17. acrobat a big load of ****

    out of a sudden acrobat started crashing whenever I edit a pdf for text, or try to edit any image as a bitmap or anything, simply clicking the edit button crashes it, I tryig fixing the installation, reinstalling everyhing, the same **** goes on over and over again.

  19. Digital signature is too complex for the average Joe, i.e. me

    You need to make this easier and less quirky. I'm using a mac and have downloaded acrobat pro for windows and mac. It's taken me ages and youtube videos to create a digital signature and on a blank pdf I can add it. But when sent a pdf that already contains digital signatures it won't let me sign. In the end I used Mac Preview. This obliterated the original signatures but at least I could sign and send it back for resignature by others. The whole exercise is very unpleasant and very very annoying.

  20. BUG - "Printing" web page into a PDF and getting a PDF with 1/3 of the page cut off

    2) Steps to reproduce the problem:

    Being logged into the business account of OfficeDepot.com for the company I work for, and needing to create a PDF of a shopping list of one of my coworkers I will start by:

    a) Either right clicking on the web page or clicking on the 3 vertical dots in the top right corner of the Chrome web browser.
    b) I then locate and click on the "print" option.
    c) When the print window comes up, I change it from a physical printer to Adobe PDF to "print" (create) a PDF of the web page…
