Please provide the following information. You can post a new idea or search for ideas already submitted.

For a new feature request:

  1. Brief title
  2. Description of desired feature
  3. Why the feature is needed

For a new bug:

  1. Brief title
  2. Steps to reproduce the issue
  3. Environment (OS, other related application versions, etc.)
  4. Expected result
  5. Observed result

  1. I am on paying monthly for Adobe pro however for the last month, I have been unable to sign documents. When I try to sign, the bottom of the screen just says loading. I am getting very frustrated with the system.

  2. I have been having a horrible experience with Adobe Pro for a number of months. I noticed that the program started to make my taskbar glitch and flash rapidly when turning the app on or opening a PDF. I also noticed that the top bar of the app doesnt have the "minimize, maximize or close" button visible. IF you click in the empty space they appear but the only button that responds is the close button. The app seems to struggle to run even when its the only program actively on.   3. absolutely a pain in the neck. Sticks all the time. Supposedly you can save files to the 'creative cloud' (why do you not have names that links to your products - is this an acrobat cloud in which case why don't you call it that) and anyway despite saving no files appear. Really a very annoying app. And the basic and the pro and the reader and the DC - how many version of this thing are there?

  5. Our end users are encountering a serious issues with the "Cookie Warning" box because it covers the final "Click to Sign" request and prevents them from finishing the electronic signing process. This has resulted in missed deadlines and huge frustration.

  13. When I tried to request signature from the web, I want to add only Signature but there is no such component in web version. There is only Signature, date, etc. combine into one even if I select type as Signature.

    Please add "Signature only" in web version.

  17. This is the most awful customer service I've seen lately. I've paid for Premier Pro Subscription yesterday and still don't have access to it.   20. The price increase announced yesterday is so extreme that I feel insulted and attacked by Adobe. I have been a loyal, paying customer for years. I have never received 14.99 / month of value from the product, but it has met my needs. To increase the price by more than 33% is simply absurd. I will cancel and find an Adobe competitor. All that I want is the ability to edit PDFs and I can get that for free elsewhere.
