For a new feature request:

  1. Brief title
  2. Description of desired feature
  3. Why the feature is needed

For a new bug:

  1. Brief title
  2. Steps to reproduce the issue
  3. Environment (OS, other related application versions, etc.)
  4. Expected result
  5. Observed result

  3. Your deceptive marketing for "Free PDF editor" has lost you another customer.

    You have a "SCAM" marketing ploy here! Which is why I will avoid at all costs using Adobe products! I found a site declaring, "Edit PDFs with a free online PDF editor|Adobe Acrobat." And it opens to this Editor page that CLEARLY states "Edit a PDF". But after uploading the PDF and attempting to edit the text, I was advised that this feature is ONLY available in the Pro version, which can be accessed either via a 7-day free trial or a paid subscription. Your attempts like this to trick people into subscribing but not being forthright about the LIMITATIONS…

    There isn't a print button or method to print the agreement or documents anymore. Therefore, How do we print them?

  6. NOT WORKING/ EDITING.

    Major program malfunction. My computer runs on a powerful system and still program failed to edit as attempted. Tested in different computers and different accounts. Unable to edit content on PDF.

  9. Unsuccessful Downloading/Printing

    I have the Acrobat app on my work phone to compress a document to email. I have successfully email the pdf, and while its open in Adobe on my computer and I am not able to download or print. I don't understand why I'm not able to download it.

  13. horrible download options

    This product nearly made me want to throw my PC out the window. why is there not a simple download option from the file selection?! why do I have to open each PDF and select download. I should be able to select all the files and say download.

    Good day, do you have a tool where a user can fax documents online? Similar to this company? https://www.srfax.com/support/how-srfax-works/

    Per IBM, the public cloud is the worst place for confidential data, I only utilize adobe through the end of this year to help clients navigate the risk and then will gladly leave the adobe cloud behind.

    Photoshop lisansım bittiği için yenilemek istedim. Ancak açılmadı. Yapamadığımı düşünerek tekrar seçtim. Birkaç kere denedim. açamadım. Bıraktım ama bugün 3 farklı photoshop ödemesi kesilmiş. Acil iadesini rica ediyorum. Crative Cloud çok kullanışsız ve neyi aldınız neyi almadınız göremiyorsunuz. Acil düzeltilmesini rica ediyorum

  20. Loading time too long.
