Revert Back to the old layout!
This new layout is so much more difficult to use. Horrible decision on your part. You can not type in the template field, can only upload a file and can't change the customer info in this view. You also cant not see everything clearly on one page. GO BACK TO THE LAST LAYOUT!!! PLEASE!!!

New UI stinks.
So out of the blue, you change the entire interface. This falls under the heading, "Although it works fine, let's trash it and start over." Not cool.

Add 'Replace Text' function please!
Could you PLEASE add the 'replace text' function here like you have in the desktop version of Acrobat? We like using this for shared reviews, and had implemented this after I found the Import PDF Comments function in InDesign. Now, I can only click 'Accept' on the text they have used the 'Strikethrough' options to auto-delete the text for me, and unless I go back to having my reviewers edit in the desktop version, I cannot click 'Accept' on any comment to replace existing text with new text. Please fix!!

I need more thorough explanations of products
By being consistent. Different help agents say one thing and it is not true or another staff states differently.
Please alert me when I do something my plan doesn't support.
I was told I could Edit with the "PDF Pack"
I was told and read I could combine files under the same plan. I now have PDF Pre mium plan as your staff stated it was the way I could do things as noted above.
I cannot afford to pay any more for signatures and management of the PDF's. I need a thorough explanation of what I can do with…2 votes -
No Delete on Files in Adobe DC
Restore the Delete File feature in Adobe DC (Cloud) as frankly Hide and as yet no Unhide is not in my opinion offering me the security of files I want. I do not want files lingering even in my own account.

Worst service ever
You can make it work! For the umpteenth time, I keep getting the message that you can't verify my subscription so I can't access documents on my laptop for a service I pay for. I have to go to another version of Adobe Reader. Give me all my fees back this service is useless. I've tried linking to every conceivable account, and still no luck. Worst service every.

Ceci est très ennuyeux surtout que je ne peux plus faire de Scan sans les perdre.

When I create from multiple files it always creates a portfolio
Portfolios are not the same as a single PDF. I've even had them not share properly. It used to work fine and I've tried different ways of combining files and they all make the portfolio.
