I am furious that I cant edit text in a pdf if it recognizes the og format as a jpg
I want my money back I cant edit text if there is a jpg embedded this has ruined acrobat for me and I am canceling my subscription

Cannot sign in to my Adobe standard account.The sign-in icon is ABSENT.
I upgraded to Adobe Standard. But I do not get access to a sign-in page for my new account. Adobe opens to the old Adobe account. Fix it.

I have to be honest Adobe. I've tried to use this tool, and would liked it to be something I'd subscribe to, but, for a large resourceful company such as yours, this product is amateurish *. It's clumsy as * and missing so many core everyday features that users need. Back to the drawing board!

AI ASSISTANT is useless and disruptive to working with Acrobat.
I tried your new Acrobat Pro with AI Assistant and reverted back because the onscreen notice on how to ask AI assistant by asking a question could not be removed from the screen - no matter what I tried. Also, when using your Acrobat Virtual Assistant Chat feature, it kept going in circles asking what application I had a question about, but when asking how to disable AI assistant it did not understand. Also, when requested an Agent to call, and was assured someone would call in 1 minute to my account phone number - it never happened. No-one called.…

Your upgrade sucks and doesn't work
The merge/ add pages function does not work with templates so I end up sending 2 documents instead of 1 which sucks because it was much easier to add pages to a template in the old version. Also, there are errors when you simply try to send the document. This is really the worst possible upgrade i've ever seen and I'm an iPhone user.

I think you ruined another good product - I can't start work for 3 days and the license is running out.
I think there is an easy way to make this happen. you have become like microsoft - fewer and fewer customers. I guess this is the last time I pay such a large amount to waste my time.

Converting text to incorrect characters
I converted this pdf to Word and it's almost perfect. However, for some reason its converting the combo or "fi" to the following incorrect characters "昀椀"

It does not get delivered to some emails even though they are valid

Please check the email's spam folder to verify the agreements you are sending are not being forwarded there by mistake.
If you are not able to find them, please double check if the agreement was sent with Sing in Order on. You can visualize this, following the next instructions:
- On the Main page click the "Documents" tab on the top left corner
- Click "In progress" under Agreements
- Find the agreement you want to do a follow up on, and click on it
- On the right hand panel that pops up, scroll all the way down
- You will find the "Recipients" section
- If the recipients are listed with numbers, an email will be sent to the next recipient only when the previous one has signed the document
- If they are not listed with numbers, there should be no problem on…

false advertising
why does adobe say 'sign in to convert pdf to word for FREE' then after you sign in, ask you to select a payment plan in order to convert your documents. This is false advertising. You should fix it, instead of misleading your consumer base. If you state that the free trial IS the 'free' service offered, it is still very misleading as the trial is only for 7 days then it is no longer free.

Poor performance
Fix everything.
Very difficult menus.
I upload 67 documents and the program just keeps spinning, nothing happens
Try to convert, stupid icon just spins nothing happens, try to pdf, icon just spins nothing happens. Wouldn't even let me click this feedback form until I refreshed page, losing all my files. Program is broken. Can't even upload a small batch of documents without program freezing, and to charge money for this, crazy. Glad this is my free trial1 vote
