Cloud storage issue
I keep getting an error saying I don't have any storage space left. I should have 100G cloud storage and I am no where near that limit. Please help.

Poor quality when converting PDF to PNG file
I convert a PDF file to, e.g., a PNG file with maximum quality. However, I find the resolution of the PNG file disappointing, at most being medium quality. Hence, I'm still using Adobe Pro on a Citrix server to obtain PNG files in the highest quality. I hope that this issue can be solved. This would really improve the usability of the Adobe Pro online and would be consistent with what is being promised: "maximum quality".

Word to PDF has odd font
When I convert to PDF from Word the font is distorted on the output PDF. So I've been uploading it for conversion online, and it looks great. Can you help me to be able to convert without going online? I wasn't able to upload samples from here.

Searching for a name
What would be really good is if I could search by a particular word/name through the signature request documents - I find myself searching by eye for an agreement between x and x, would be great if there was a way to just search for it

a glitch with right-to-left signatures
Hi, I noticed that when a customer chooses to sign his name in Hebrew- the signature showen the opposite way- from left to right instead of right to left like it should be in Hebrew

Adobe is a scam artist
Wow, you guys really suck. You say you give a free converter that will convert a jpg to pdf and you let me convert two, then asked me to sign up for an account to continue. You ask the really abusive question of what is my birthday, then as soon as I give you all my information, I still can't convert anymore files unless I pay. Total scam artists don't win customers.

Stop Sending My Signed Files to Adobe
I sign a document and immediately it is sent to Adobe servers without my permission, so I have to come to the Adobe site to search for and delete the file... then... return to Adobe Acrobat and save the file to my computer. I have a lot of documents I have to sign and this rigamarole is a pain in the a**. I did not ask to have anything saved to Adobe's website and frankly it's also an invasion of privacy by hijacking my documents instead of saving them like the app should.

You're not to be trusted, misleading.
Stop being deceptive. Google result wasE"dit PDFs with a free online PDF editor | Adobe Acrobat" Created acct, uploaded file, tried to edit and find out I have to PAY! As far as I'm concerned, you're right up there with all the other scammers on the internet. Now I can't even find out how to delete the document that I can't edit but don't want to leave in your possession since you obviously can't be trusted.

Awful Login experience
What a disastrous way to sign in ending up in a loop despite putting in correct code, having the auth app etc. Looking at Docusign now instead and cancelling Adobe completely.

UI Improvements
In the documents, where you list all the documents, you have recent, starred, shared, Agreement. Coming from DocuSign, there are improvements that could be made from a customer perspective. See the following notes:
- You can't star agreement or agreeement templates? Why not - very strange since this one of the default choices for view.
- Another missing view is just template agreements - quickly find them to "Use" them.
- Agreements should also have a complete agreement view/filter.
- The webform is interesting but we should have choices. For example, we do rentals and the workflow should be to have the client prefill…

The repair has affected the my computer system - it is concerning
I had taken help from a technical support from Adobe today - the problem was resolved but soon after I submitted the Survey form - the the font -print started to ***** / or break up - and even my the there was voice break up in my video meetings after that. I am very concerned.

Dear Adobe,
I forgot to cancel my subscription after using the trial version. Now, when I cancel, it demands a cancellation fee from me. The fee was deducted from my card even though I did not use it last month. I want to cancel my subscription for free. Sincerely

Inconsistent Word export
Adobe export keeps giving me unstable results - outputting the same (granted heavily formatted) PDF gives me sometimes jarbled Word and sometimes not. However, the inconsistency is problematic on professional documents. Something is wrong with the cache? It's an issue with my computer and background processing? Not sure, but it's costing me lots of lost porductivity fixing the mistakes with text boxes in the Word document.
