Please provide the following information. You can post a new idea or search for ideas already submitted.

For a new feature request:

  1. Brief title
  2. Description of desired feature
  3. Why the feature is needed

For a new bug:

  1. Brief title
  2. Steps to reproduce the issue
  3. Environment (OS, other related application versions, etc.)
  4. Expected result
  5. Observed result

  4. Convertir JPG a PDF
    En la web dice que la calidad final del PDF es la misma. Mi experiencia: totalemente falso. La calidad del PDF es muy inferior a la imagen.

  5. When I try to click the top right icon to sign out, a menu briefly appears (the one including the sign out link) but then disappears, so I can't sign out. I'm using Edge browser on Win 10.

  6. Date field not working in Polish Acrobat Reader DC, Acrobat Pro 2020, Acrobat Pro DC and probably many others similar to those mentioned here. Calendar does not pop up after clicking on date field when user interfaces language is Polish. When user interface language is set to English date field work properly.

  8. I have a subscription but every month or so I spend about 20 minutes with your password chaos trying to get my account (andrew@peaston.com) recognized. You should really make this process better. Completely unprofessional and user-unfriendly from your side. I pay for this.

  9. About 30% of my file combinations fail out of the hundreds of files I have to combine each week. I can't even use a different function of Adobe to combine them, I have to use a different website entirely. It's been going on for months and its absolutely ridiculous. I pay for a service that doesn't even work a third of the time.

  10. On the Manage documents page we need to be able to see if there is a document that does not have reminders set up on it. The old program had a bell next to each one that had reminders scheduled.

  12. this application is even more problematic today than it was yesterday, which was bad enough. Now i can't email my file. What is going on????

    Hi Carrianne,

    You can go to profile icon at top right that will open a preference dialog. Check on Join Acrobat Web beta checkbox. This will let you get in to beta mode.

  17. you had a good product and in the last month I have lost all the functionality. The latest is that I can't upload my pdf file.

  18. Your PDF to JPG file converter doesn't give very impressive results sorry!
    Note the original is 1500x1200mm and nice clean lines and text but when I ask it to convert to JPG (or PNG or TIFF) with High or Max size, it pops out a piddly little 24KB file of 1024x820 pixels!

  20. Adobe Sign app doesn’t show any docs out for signature and when go to Sign section it’s still got link for Get App even though I am in the Adobe sign app!
