Request e-signature does not work
Request e-signate button in browser does not work. I tried to contact Adobe support 4 times already, they all are useless. Nobody willing to fix the issue or they say the issue will be fixed and nothing happens. That is the worst experience I ever had communicating with you. That kind of support not acceptable

Sign button hidden by language overlay
Button hidden when trying to sign document.
The language overlay at the bottom of the document is blocking the button that needs to be pressed in order to submit a signed document.

when viewing 2 pdfs side-by-side, we need a "sync page scrolling" option to both scroll together
You need a "lock page scrolling synchronization" when viewing two pdfs "side-by-side" ... otherwise as we scroll on one side, the other side does not scroll... MS Word has had this figured out for a while... you really need to add it as well.

Unable to use "Teams" as a source location for e-sign template creation
Unable to use Teams/SharePoint as a source to create e-sign templates. We use Microsoft 365, and all we get is a blank window after authenticating successfully.

Agreement Names = binder
Thanks for changing the way you request e-signatures, now I cannot change the Name of the file, or add the details in the message. I can't change the name of the file, and when you can, it just shows the name as binder. I have 3 binder agreements in my recent files, but I dont know what they relate to and neither will the recipients. Dont fix something that isnt broken. how do i revert back to the old Adobe where I can make the relevant changes before the file sends?

We are sorry you are experiencing trouble with the new eSign feature. We always try to update our product to be the best and cleaner to use, but we understand that sometimes it's hard to adapt to new changes.
Please find attached a video where it shows how to change the name of an agreement before sending it.

Dashboard Signature status
Can you PLEASE return visibility of each document status (signed/not signed) directly in the list of documents?
In fact, a view toggle to sort this list would be fantastic.
You have created more work for your clients by hiding the signature status from the main view.

- Navigate to https://acrobat.adobe.com/link/home
- Click on profile icon on the top right corner
- Click on Settings
- You will see an option to enable/disable option for Generative AI
- Uncheck the checkbox and click on Save

Stick with the old format -- If it ain't broke, don't fix it.
The new format/visual that comes up when clicking "USE TEMPLATE" is cluttered and messy. The old format was much cleaner when dropping in text fields on a form template before sending out for signature. It was a much better format when the customer email info and email message was shown in the second screen/page before sending. With those two separate pages now being combined in the left side menu bar, it clutters the process and makes it more time consuming -- runs much slower than ever.

Sugiro que haja uma compensação aos empossados do último concurso pelos longos seis anos aguardados para tomar posse, uma vez que são os menores PJs e portanto, serão os mais atingidos pelo RRF. 1. When a template is sent out for e-signature:
some recipients do not receive the email notification.
2. Some recipients e-signature does not reflect after signage.

To download any amount of signed agreements please follow the next steps:
- Click the "Documents" tab at the top left of the home page
- Scroll down on the left hand panel until you see "Agreements" and under it click the "Completed" option
- There, all the finished agreements will be displayed, and you will find the "Download PDF" and "Download Audit Report" options on the right hand panel when you select any agreement.
