For a new feature request:

  1. Brief title
  2. Description of desired feature
  3. Why the feature is needed

For a new bug:

  1. Brief title
  2. Steps to reproduce the issue
  3. Environment (OS, other related application versions, etc.)
  4. Expected result
  5. Observed result

  3. If I remember correctly, the sign up page said "edit pdfs for free, no credit card required". I expected limited features for sure but being able to delete and add pages does not seem to me to scream "premium feature". Anyway it allowed me to do it until it just didn't and asked for a credit card. a bit dishonest if this is the way it's intended to work

    Hello Wendy,

    We are sorry that you are having trouble with this feature. Could you please provide more information about it? For example if in acrobat the agreements shows in In progress section, if you as sender are receiving a confirmation email that the agreement was send, also if there is any error that appears after you send for signature will be really helpful if you can share it with us.

  5. How switch language on Mobile Application to correct one. My native language is Ukrainian, but I am using English. After some time mobile app switched to Chine language (that is not my). And here not available options to use correct one. Please fix this an issue. FYI: Reinstalling app does not fix an issue.

  6. When a document is sent to an invalid email there is no indication on the In Progress screen that the email bounced, or failed. There needs to be either an email sent to advise that the event failed, or there needs to be an on-screen indication that an event failed, or preferably both.

  13. Een handtekening aanvragen op een document (in mijn geval Technisch prototype...GG-2023-51 duurt als sinds vrijdag langer dan 15min. (langer heb ik niet gewacht).
    Ik ben zwaar ontevreden op dit moment en denk na over andere tooling.

  15. AWFUL PROGRAM

    I cannot split a large pdf
    it says it will split but does nothing

    I dont like your difficulty of copying files and your greed on mak9ing people pauy a LOT of money for **** software - this is really bad

  16. Acrobat pro funziona veramente male. Se si lascia aperta l'app senza usarla per un po', non risponde più, non apre nuovi files, non registra quelli aperti e non salvati, dà messaggi incomprensibili tipo "Byte non pronti" quando si cerca di salvare un file, oppure se si scorre un documento dà u messaggio 'Dati insufficienti per un'immagine" (anche se il file è nativo, non un'immagine)... Insomma, è vero che ha tanti strumenti e possibilità, ma è del tutto inaffidabile, pieno di bug e gravemente instabile (spesso bisogna forzare l'uscita perché non risponde ai comandi).
    L'unica ragione per pagare il lauto prezzo…

  17. Why can I not access my documents from my dropbox from my laptop when I am able to work with them perfectly from my desktop? it is the SAME ACCOUNT. I am beyond frustrated.

  18. You should realize that there are free alternatives to your software and the level of obnoxiousness that dealing with you trying to force me into a subscription vs the functionality you offer turns me so off of your product that $2/yr feels like your taking me for a ride. Find a better way to sell yourself, maybe allow more features for free and the upsell includes quality of life features + maybe cloud storage. Figure it out.

  19. Many people have requested for two factor authentication by sending code to e-mail to be available. Even though it says it is turned on automatically, there has been times I was able to login with just password and no code. Therefore, please make this an available method so a code from e-mail is required for each login.

    Adobe should also have a feature available to restrict download, copy and screen shot of pdf files shared from adobe cloud. I'm surprised as this feature is available in other companies.

  20. It always slow and just stuck on loading I have to keep refreshing and save halfway so I wont lose the things I am doing. Time consuming meant to be time efficient.
