For a new feature request:

  1. Brief title
  2. Description of desired feature
  3. Why the feature is needed

For a new bug:

  1. Brief title
  2. Steps to reproduce the issue
  3. Environment (OS, other related application versions, etc.)
  4. Expected result
  5. Observed result

  2. Estou tendo sério problema. Sendo cobrado mensalmente por um produto que comprei só para utilizar por um mês.
    Quero encerrar essa conta aqui e não vejo opção para isso. Estrou indevidamente preso aqui sendo cobrado todo mês sem ter como me defender, ou suspender essa cobrança indevida!

  3. I have been trying for days to start a form from scratch. Every page I have been directed to for directions doesn't look like what is on my screen. The most recent suggestion was to check for updates. I just got this last week! Even more infuriating is I don't even have a "help" button that leads to updates as described. Is there EVER the option to talk to an actual person who could help me?

    Hi Angelo,
    The settings to enable Digital Signature are following the next steps:

    1. Profile
    2. Settings
    3. Edit Settings
    4. Account Settings
    5. Digital Signature
    6. Enable "Download and Sign with Acrobat"

    Once the feature is enabled on settings, while you're preparing the document, place a signature field and while customizing it, the signature type can be changed to Digital Signature.

  5. Hi Adobe Team

    I tried to drag and drop or move some scaned documents from Adobe Scan to my connected One Drive storage. I could not manage to do it. I could only download the zip file and uploade the documents to OneDrive manually.

    If that is a planned behavior, it renders the adobe scan app and the adobe storage useless. Is there a trick to it?

    We understand you are encountering some trouble with the new feature in Request e-signatures. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. With Modernized experience, you now get simplified document authoring experience, leverage AI-assisted form field detection and ability to revise, organize & save document edits in-progress, add/ remove recipients during agreement creation step. Here’s more information.

    If you still prefer to use the earlier version you can revert back by following these steps:
    1.    Click on your profile icon.
    2.    Select "Settings".
    3.    In "E-signing settings", uncheck the box next to "Use the latest version of Request e-signatures".

    This change will only affect new created after making this adjustment. We appreciate your patience and cooperation in resolving this issue. If you have any further questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to contact us.

    You should stick to your word.

  11. When I download the actual PDF, all of the highlights are gone. This makes using the app entirely pointless. I will have to find a different app and redo all my work.

  12. All I want to do is be able to close a document I have open in Adobe Acrobat. The help system is NOT HELPFUL. I started a chat and the agent told me to X out of Adobe Acrobat. I replied that then I have to reload it and the document is still there. This seems ridiculous to me. She then disconnected me with no further response. NOT IMPRESSED with Adobe help.

  15. If I cancel an agreement (a draft agreement, for example), it should automatically be hidden. I canceled two agreements and they are still listed in my recents.

    Also, I selected a couple agreements to do a bulk "hide" - but instead I get a warning where the hide option usually is that says, "we can't combine, export, or create new files from shared items at this time." I'm not trying to do any of that. I'm just trying to do a bulk action HIDE several items at once.

  16. I want to remove my e-signature that have been stored. But no matter WHAT I try it doesn't work. I click on the place to manage my signatures and look no way to do anything. What has happened to Adobe. Going done with your services. making thing hard to find and hard to work with. Just disappointing.

  17. I'm having trouble with the "Request e-signatures" using Acrobat Pro on the web. A support rep helped me resolve the issue but said I'll need to use my desktop instead. My desktop doesn't allow for the use of a template without overriding the customizations such as the file name. This means I'll be adding custom fields each time I need to send the same document to people, whereas before I could customize a template that I had already set up the fields in. This is inefficient.   19. The new layout/interface is awful. Nothing is where you can find it readily. It is not intuitive or user friendly. This has caused a loss in productivity, and has created big delays for work that needs to be done on a daily basis.
    Additionally, the function to be able to create an adobe cloud link for larger files, do not work reliably. I had to spend hours (literally) with IT trying to create an adobe cloud link with no success.

    We were able to generate adobe cloud links for larger files just the day before with no issue.

  20. Go back to how the adobe forms were previously. The new way doesn't allow a person to enter more than one document unless going back to Legacy version, and can't do that without entering an email address first. Also trying to fill in the names and data fields is not easy like it used to be. The new way is way more complicated than it has to be and takes so much longer, which more headaches for people on the receiving end as well.
