For a new feature request:

  1. Brief title
  2. Description of desired feature
  3. Why the feature is needed

For a new bug:

  1. Brief title
  2. Steps to reproduce the issue
  3. Environment (OS, other related application versions, etc.)
  4. Expected result
  5. Observed result

  3. False Subscription activation ERROR

    The software CONSTANTLY kicks me out with an error stating that my subscription cannot be found, even so it is paid automatically monthly. After over 1 hour with tech support, nothing is better. Extremely disappointing.

  5. Broken links

    Your links from Acrobat DC seem to be broken. Though I am logged in, the program leads to subscription offerings instead of the online tools. Please fix this!

  8. Don't hide the download feature. You don't even list it in the drop down

  11. New interface worse than ever!

    Less functionality for something included in our paid subscriptions than others are now getting for free. Bring back the functionality we had two years ago! I need to share more than one file at a time and I need to enter my own subject lines. It would also be great to include a message longer than 1000 characters.

  15. Completion Deadline not available for requesting e signatures

    Hi I am using Adobe acrobat pro DC and while sending documents for e-signature, I am not able to set deadline while requesting signature. can you help me with that?

    ohjelma ei muuta pdf tidostoa rtf muotoon kunnolla. Ohjelma tekee kuvatiedostoiksi osan riveistä eikä dokumenttia pysty muokkaamaan kuten rtf tiedostoa pitäisi pystyä muokkaamaan. Aikaisemmin ohjelma teki pdf tiedoston rtf tiedostoksi, jota pysty muokkaamaan

    problem when logged in and opening up adobe cloud shared pdf's

    Every time the system default forces a preview of _ 'get adobe acrobat reader'_ yet i am signed in with full paid and specked adobe acrobat DC subscription.
    I'm yet to be able to work out how to calibrate dc ?

  20. Feels like this tool is going away!

    Once again functionality has been removed making the share feature even less useful. Now we can't even enter the subject of the email clients receive! It was bad enough not being able to share more than one file at a time and not being able to see file-by-file details about views and downloads, now this?
