  1. Brief title
  2. Description of desired feature
  3. Why the feature is needed

For a new bug:

  1. Brief title
  2. Steps to reproduce the issue
  3. Environment (OS, other related application versions, etc.)
  4. Expected result
  5. Observed result

  1. bad redesign

    The redesign is so bad :(
    Previously it was easy to find documents that are still for signature, they were on top pf the page. Now I need to filter, look and waste time

  2. absolutely not easy friendly view and managed panel !!

    dawm, wht is this new visual !!. where is the manage window for the signatyre ?. last view was so easy to see and manage the documents send to signature and i was able to see in a simple view ALL the documents in signature who is the nest one to sign. now can you imagine the hard timeto find put the signature maneged !!!!!

  4. can't see who I sent docs too.

    How can I see when clients view the documents? I also can't see who I sent things to with this new format. I'd have to open each one to see.... doesn't make sense. I don't like the new format!

  7. App autocorrect breaking username tags by inserting unwanted space

    When I tag a user in the comments (e.g. @JohnSmith), the app inserts a space that breaks the hyperlink to the tag (i.e. @John Smith), requiring me to open up the comment to delete the space and thereby restore the hyperlink.

  9. way more time consuming and incorrect than Docusign

    We will be leaving for Docusign most likely. The reason is your software has become unreliable and is embarrassing a shell having to send a document multiple times for s-signature because your system incorrectly puts the wrong names in fields. Moreover, making any changes are ridiculously complex and the entire process is way too time consuming. I have had enough of this nonsense. I am sure I am not the first to say this. You better fix it or prepare for a Docusign monopoly.

  14. Rubbish. Much better elsewhere on the market

    Genuinely terrible. You've put the most basic things behind a paywall and for whatever reason, a PDF takes 30 years to load when preparing for editing but that doesn't happen on smaller PDF editing providers.

  19. E-sign issues

    Hello, we are experiencing a document signing issue. Our clients are unable to sign documents; the system indicates that one or two fields still need to be signed or filled in. Please help resolve this issue. Similar problems have occurred more than ten times in the past two weeks. If the problem persists, I will consider switching to other software.
