For a new feature request:

  1. Brief title
  2. Description of desired feature
  3. Why the feature is needed

For a new bug:

  1. Brief title
  2. Steps to reproduce the issue
  3. Environment (OS, other related application versions, etc.)
  4. Expected result
  5. Observed result

  2. PLEASE GO BACK TO THE OLD VERSION. The new version is ridiculously frustrating to use and I cannot make anything work like it's supposed to. Moving backwards for sure. Please go back to the old style or change it again so it doesn't suck so bad.

  3. Recent docs will not load, will not allow me to edit PDFs by removing pages which has never been an issue before, they are my PDF's. Hate the web app, I want my old Adobe Pro back!

  5. I used to be able to send preset forms out with ease now with the new verision of adobe it is so slow and I must change back to legacy, if not preparing form adds in field that I do not want automatically, and I am unable to delete these added fields.
    I am so frustrated, will look for another product

    We understand you are encountering some trouble with the new feature in Request e-signatures. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. With Modernized experience, you now get simplified document authoring experience, leverage AI-assisted form field detection and ability to revise, organize & save document edits in-progress, add/ remove recipients during agreement creation step. Here’s more information.

    If you still prefer to use the earlier version you can revert back by following these steps:
    1.    Click on your profile icon.
    2.    Select "Settings".
    3.    In "E-signing settings", uncheck the box next to "Use the latest version of Request e-signatures".

    This change will only affect new created after making this adjustment. We appreciate your patience and cooperation in resolving this issue. If you have any further questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to contact us.

  6. Please stop upgrading your e-signature process. It has progressively become a longer process with too many steps. I could combine 10 files together, enter addresses and send in 20 seconds before this latest update. Now it takes at least 5 minutes and has too many options that are easily missed and mess up the whole process.

  7. Totally disappointed in this new version. It is anything but easy to use.

    Wish I could go back, but if I do, I lose features that were available in the original version.

    I'm sure I'm not alone in my opinion!! :(

  9. Please provide alignment options for signature blocks etc.
    Please also make the blocks the same size as what you can expect the final result to be. These 4 signatures and date were spaced evenly but you can see the end result has all the signatures and dates overlapping each other.

  11. The new Request signature experience seems to default the 'date' field to MM/DD/YYYY on web only.
    Using the windows desktop application it will use the correct DD/MM/YYYY
    Is there a setting to default this field in the web interface to keep the same experience with the desktop app?

  12. I've had 2 months of adobe shutting down based on license issues. It says it sends a notice but I've reloaded it and still it happens. Please help or I'll have to switch to a different product. This is interfering with my work.

  13. Der Assistent ist vollkommen wertlos und ich benötige bald einen richtgerlichen Beschluß um auf meine Daten zu kommen, die Adobe ohne mein Einverständnis in seine Cloud abglegt. Diese werden auf dem Smartphone heruntergeladen (Finanzdaten) und über den PC ausdrucken nicht möglich, denn ich kann mit meinem PC nicht die Dokumente ausdrucken. Wenn ich in Cloud gehe, zeigt es mir keine Dokumente an. Auf dem Smartphone kommt... werden in der Cloud gesdpeichert. Ja was denn nun.

  14. Don't know how you can charge for the pro version when its as buggy as it is now. Busy filling out legal documents, added text and while typing it was typing blanks. Closed the document and reopened it and lost about 30 minutes worth of edits. Will be looking for alternatives if this happens again

  17. I'm at https://acrobat.adobe.com and I have been shared a PDF file.

    I can't find any way at all to make a copy of said PDF file within the file management interface (the Home page).

    The only way I've found to do it is to open the PDF and try to edit it at which point it says that I can't edit it and asks me if I want to make a copy.

    There really should be a very simple way to make copies of files in the file management interface.

  18. Adobe Acrobat no longer sees my scanner. I cannot figure out how to connect the scanner to my Adobe account.

    Please advise. My scanner is the ONLY reason I have an Adobe account in the first place. If that no longer works, I no longer need an account.

  20. First, I can't use adobe sign in the desktop app because it crashes. Now I find a working way of using adobe sign and the signature fields aren't even in the places that I put them. I am so tired of this *. FIX YOUR *!!!! WE HAVE A BUISNESS TO RUN HERE!
