Page Thumbnail Tool should be a user interface option. Having it fix on the right side is not easy for work flow.
I don’t understand the logic behind shifting Page Thumbnails to the right side of the main page. The "page thumbnails" tool is a big part of document organization, and it should be next to the tool bars on the left. User should have an option to have it on the left or the right. I use Acrobat Pro for most of the day, and I do not find this as a smooth workflow option. Something to improve on...

Reload when using form field layer
95% of the time I get an error when using any form field layer template and it makes me reload everything! Eventually I just redo the entire form. This is now causing me more time than it would be to just have the signatures signed by hand. Ugh.

You are not a free way to convert a PDF to dox. Because that is only available as a PAID product. EG not free.

Templates not Working
Hello,
I am extremely frustrated with Adobe after the recent update. My templates won't load and it won't let me upload new versions of those files. I need to get forms out to a client and have wasted so much time trying to get Adobe to work.1 voteHi,

New Changes are awful - Unusable!
These recent changes are too much.. One or two items ok but when the whole program has changed, It is awful!! There are functions that don't seem to work as they did before - we will have to look and assess if this even meets the needs for our business anymore the changes and usability is that drastic... This is a real concern

With Modernized experience, you now get simplified document authoring experience, leverage AI-assisted form field detection and ability to revise, organize & save document edits in-progress, add/ remove recipients during agreement creation step. Here’s more information.
If you still prefer to use the earlier version you can revert back by following these steps:
1. Click on your profile icon.
2. Select "Settings".
3. In "E-signing settings", uncheck the box next to "Use the latest version of Request e-signatures".This change will only affect new created after making this adjustment. We appreciate your patience and cooperation in resolving this issue. If you have any further questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to contact us.

New interface E-sign, signature width restriction
The new e-signature interface looks great, but I'm having trouble adjusting the signature request width to fit my needs. Currently, I'm reverting to the older layout.
Could you share any workarounds or if there are plans for improvements in the future?

Currently, the app allows the user to resize E-Sign fields by dragging the right bottom corner of the field. Please let us know if you need assistance regarding this or any other issue.

Every time I try to request E-signatures, the screen freezes.
Every time I try to Request and e-signature, the program freezes. Other tools seem to be working.

The new version of AdobeSign is Terrible
The changes you made to AdobeSign are terrible. The previous version was user friendly and didn't need "improving"! Is there a way for me to revert back to the previous version?

Deceptive
"Edit PDFs with a free online PDF editor - Acrobat" is what you advertise, but when I go to edit a PDF your site demands that I have an active subscription. Not a problem for me because I know where to find pirated version of all your ****** software, but you should be ashamed at your deceptive marketing practices. Go **** yourselves Adobe.

Unwanted automatic signature reminders
Please remove automatic weekly signature reminders. I have been unable to find an option for this in settings or through the help portal. They started appearing unannounced last week, and I have to remove them manually from every document I send out.

- Start Request E-Signatures workflow with the desired document
- Fill in recipient data and continue
- Click on "Review and Send" button from the left hand panel
- Click on "More Options" button
- Modify email reminder frequency (can be None)
With Modernized experience, you now get simplified document authoring experience, leverage AI-assisted form field detection and ability to revise, organize & save document edits in-progress, add/ remove recipients during agreement creation step. Here’s more information.
