Price Increase
I see a major price increase coming my way on October 16. Unless I can continue at my current monthly fee, I will be cancelling. How do I proceed if I opt to cancel?

Text disappears
No idea. But when I sometimes save everything and come back, some parts of the document just disappear.

Your software is bloated with garbage.
it crashes every other day
it has too many things happening upon startup so that it is unresponsive for the initial several minutes

cannot edit word after converting from pdf
after converting from pdf to word, why can't i make changes or edit the word document?

Pop ups are annoying
I open a lot of pdf's. Every other time I open a file it is asking me to log into manage our account. How do I get this pop up to CONSTANTLY interrupt my work - that I am paying to use. Makes me want to cancel and use a different software.

Free trial not working
I am on a free trial and still undecided if i will pay for pro. but using the free trial i am unable to do simple tasks.. for example. convert pdf to jpg. attached

Cannot save image on PDF
In the web version of Adobe Acrobat, I am trying to save an image on a PDF that I opened with Adobe Acrobat. I can copy the image on the page and move it around, but I cannot right-click and save the image. My friend also uses the same app as I do but she can. When I try to get the desktop app, it opens the Creative Cloud app but does not actually download the Adobe Acrobat app. The Creative Cloud simply opens.

horrible software
I hate adobe acrobat. I've signed up for a subscription, I've spent hours on the phone with customer service, and your stupid software won't do the most basic thing such as allowing me to log in. Why do I waste my money on Adobe software?

really terrible service
Allow activation of my product on a new computer after deactivating on an old computer. It's impossible to talk to a person, so I guess I will cancel it after a few weeks if it can't be resolved.

New UX sucks!
Your software has been incredibly buggy. It's giving me errors constantly. Also, the new signtaure flow makes no sense. Some documents have the new UX and some have the old. The new is confusing, and the flow is stupid. Why on earth do you enter the email addresses on the left? And why is the field to update the email subject now hidden way down at the bottom? It just sucks and I'm leaving after nearly a decade. You guys really need to get it together.
