  4. Expected result
  5. Observed result

  2. Annotation Feature

    Adobe Acrobat PDF is a useful tool for reviewing artwork, sharing design proofs, and collecting feedback before production. We regularly use PDF files to review customer designs, confirm dimensions, and communicate revisions for custom patches in the UAE. The commenting and annotation features make it easier to highlight changes and ensure artwork is approved accurately before manufacturing.

  4. Filled form values visible in web viewer and thumbnail but missing from downloaded PDF

    Observed October 1, 2026 in Acrobat on the web (acrobat.adobe.com), Google Chrome on macOS. Exact browser/OS versions not recorded.

    Issue: Filled text fields and selected checkboxes are visible in the web viewer, but the downloaded PDF contains empty values for the newer entries. The user also observed that the saved-document thumbnail showed the completed form. This affected eight separate PDFs based on the same fillable form template; unrelated templates have not been tested.

    Workflow where the issue occurred:
    1. Open a fillable PDF in Acrobat web and enter text and checkbox selections.

  5. Number Mask

    If I collect SSN, Phone Numbers, EIN, routing numbers, etc. it does not print with the mask. This makes it difficult when verifying or retyping long strings of numbers without the format mask. I can put in a custom regex, but when working with people where English is a second language or rarely use a computer, they do not understand the error.

    Whenever I try to type or paste the letter "J", both in capital and lower case, it changes into a "w"

  8. Make editing text not extraordinarily slow and painful

    Editing text and especially tables is absolutely, embarrassingly awful. How is it so bad? There is no group select, you have to click each element to delete it. I was editing a document and randomly, two text boxes stopped being able to be edited at all. Now there are just floating "2%"s on the contract, with no way to hide or delete them. I do not understand how this product is so bad and yet remains the industry standard? This is the kind of thing that would be embarrassing if a student turned it in for a project, let alone…

  10. 2026 - Add Callout Annotation Tool to Acrobat Web Shared Reviews

    In engineering and technical document reviews, callout annotations with leader arrows are essential for identifying specific locations on drawings and reports. The Acrobat Desktop application supports callouts, but reviewers using Acrobat Web Shared Review only have access to text boxes, sticky notes, and drawing tools.

    Please add the Callout annotation tool to the web review interface so all reviewers can use consistent markup tools without requiring the desktop application.

  11. In Agreements view, identify documents waiting for me to sign them

    On the agreements page I can see all of the documents that were sent to me to be signed that I have signed, and I can see all of the documents that were sent to me to be signed that I haven't yet signed. But I have to open every document to see whether or not I have signed it yet. Please add a "You've signed" column.

  19. Crowded UI when opening documents

    Every time I open a document the screen gets crowded with 11 (I counted) AI tools. This is an awful user experience as I'm just trying to read a bunch of pdfs.

    Poslední 2 měsíce mi Adobe ukazuje neustále následující hlášku:
    "Služby elektronického podepisování jsou dočasně nedostupné. Zkuste to znovu později."

    Nijak nelze vyřešit, help-desk neexistuje.
