For a new feature request:

  1. Brief title
  2. Description of desired feature
  3. Why the feature is needed

For a new bug:

  1. Brief title
  2. Steps to reproduce the issue
  3. Environment (OS, other related application versions, etc.)
  4. Expected result
  5. Observed result

  2. no pprior navigation skills not enough education which is definitely needed before the trial.

    ill camcel after my free trial
    You cant expect to sell a product when I needed prior training in order to properly evaluate the product.
    I couldnt run the help menu and got not much from the trial. Consider offering a low-cost or free trial training class first.

  4. Missing column

    Thank you for this awesome product. I tried to convert ESPN's top 300 PPR fantasy football ranking to an excel sheet to do some analysis. It prints as a PDF of 4 left to right columns of 80 (3 of 80 1 of 60). However, the converter only caught the 3 righthand columns, missing the lefthand 1-80 column. Just wanted to submit as a former product tester :)

    AI Assistant currently supports files with a maximum of 120 pages. Are there any plans to increase this page limit in the near future?

    You say free to edit, no credit card. Then ask for one anyway.

    No, words have meaning.

    Jesus, talk about barriers to access and ADA title 3 violations. complaints just like this and no redress. those are 502c violations

  8. The online services are a Piece of S**T

    Gosh, please STOP this STOOPID online editing of PDFs

    I have wasted 1 hour of my morning time trying to edit PDFs and nothing is getting saved or uploaded. Seems the folks at Adobe have too much time & money to waste, but please spare a thought about your customers. We have real work to do. You have no right to mess with our work & you don't own our PDFs

  9. Software is useless

    This software is extremely laggy to save changes, messes up fonts and text, formatting is janky, and is overall completely useless until these issues are resolved. Very disappointed.

  10. Issue with plan

    hi I had Adobe acrobat pro, i took the offer to upgrade to creative with 100gb for an additional AAUD 52.77 offer.

    I do not see it on my plans.

    I also had a trial for creative which i cancelled so I do not get double charged in 7 days.

    It is not showing this correctly. Please advise.

  11. Request e-signatures - email address paste error

    Request e-signatures - Add Recipients - Email address error

    Unable to paste email addresses into email field in Add Recipients section. I receive error messages that say invalid address. If I type an email address into the email field, it works fine. Copy and paste address - receive error...

  13. Title field doesn't allow you to make it a required field.

    The title field on ESign does not give you the option to make it a required field. Can this be fixed?

    We are sorry you are experiencing trouble with this feature and the inconveniences this could cause you.

    However, it's important to mention that, despite the fact that this field can't be set as required directly from authoring, once the file is sent for signature the Title field is set as required.     Terrible, I am very disconformous because is terrible price $84 dollar for cancelling my plan, is a bad rule form me

  15. Excel margins didn't stay true when I converted to Pdf

    I converted a file from Excel to PDF but the margin settings didn't hold in the PDF. Not a good experience. The PDF is not usable as a presentation if the original margins don't hold.

  16. Signatures and Initials Missed by Adobe

    One two occasions now the Adobe E-Sign did not pick up on required initials. At first I thought it was my error and redid the document. I received back initials from Recipient #1 but not #2 and if you look at the document, it does not appear that the initials were requested. I was extremely careful the second time I sent it out.

    I will use a different platform but would like to know how to avoid this in the future.

  17. Restricted sharing

    Is there a way to limit who can view a shared link from the web app the way there is a way to limit access from the desktop app? Thank you.
