1. AdobeSign Feedback

   1. I use AdobeSignature alot.
      The limit on the size of the file is very inconvinient because most of my files are over 8MB. With other esiganture apps like docsSign there is no limit on the size.
      I would really appreciate it if we can increase the limit

   2. When I select multiple documents and drag and drop to "Request e-signature" it combines all the documents. First I have to rearrange the order which is not very user friendly! i have more than 10 documents, and I can only change the order by clicking on the up/down icon and I cannot move them with mouse. If we can fix this one it'd be great too!

   3. Other problem I'm facing is that, since I normally have more than 1 document that need signature on, sometimes I get to the page for signature and I realize I forget 1 document! AdobeSign doesn't allow me to go abck and add another document! I ahve cancel everythign and start over.

   4. Sometimes there is a typo in the document I send for signature. DocuSign allows me to edit the file I sent without cancelling the whole thing! If you can cadd this feature, it's be amazing.

   I appreciate all your support and effort to make this better everyday.

   We are sorry you are experiencing trouble with our app. Let's address the points you're mentioning

   1. File size limit is at the moment 8mb, we will analyze your request and consider it for future updates.

   2. We are aware of this problem and we are working on solving it as soon as possible, please expect this to be fixed in future updates.

   3. For this problem, with the current version of the app is possible to add a file to the agreement before sending it. Please follow below steps:

   1. After starting Request e-signatures workflow, you should land on "Add Recipient" modal. Fill in recipient information and click on "Continue"
   2. On the next view, on the left side of the screen (above the left hand panel) you should find the "Edit" button. Click on it
   3. Here you can find the "Organize Pages" option. Click on it
   4. Use the "Insert pages" option to add any missing file to the current agreement

   4. For this issue, if you use the "Edit" option you can easily modify your documents

   If you continue to encounter this issue, you have the option to revert to the previous version:
   1.    Click on your profile icon.
   2.    Select "Settings".
   3.    In "E-signing settings", uncheck the box next to "Use the latest version of Request e-signatures".
   4.    Click "Save" and wait for the confirmation message.
   This change will only affect new drafts created after making this adjustment.

2. Not supported country

   This is the worst service I've ever seen, you allow me to create an account and do everything, and finally you prevent me from adding or editing my PDF, and even if I want to pay you, you say that it is not supported in my country, then why allowing me to connect to your stupid dashboard, and waste my time, since you do not care for our country, I will ensure that all users in my network never use your services

4. Free trial scam

   Adobe is a scam. When I gave my gmail account it said that I can edit online without giving my credit card, but when I went to edit after giving my gmail it asked for my credit card to allow me to edit. This file format is the biggest scam and I wish the world gets out of this format.

5. Annoyed

   I wanted to cancel my membership because whenever i open a document to sue any of the tools i get a notification they are downloading. But sometimes they work - most of the time they are downloading. I dont understand how they can only sometimes be accessed it i am paying for them.

    Merci pour le temps precieux que vous me faites gagner avec vos telechargements publicitaires a la con ! Je viens d acheter un module pour convertir des factures pdf en xls cela semble marcher selon vos dires mais a ce jour je n'arrrive meme pas a ouvrir mon application de bureau sans etre emmerder par une de vos offres de merde adobe acrobat pro comme si le fait que je vous ai payer 20 € ne vous convenait et que vous tentiez de m enculer avec vos propositions de migration a une offre a 20 € par mois ! je saurai faire de la pub pour vous au travers de mon entourage . Continuez comme ca vous etes des champions on se croirait sur un play store pour enfants tres loin d'un site pour professionnels qui cherchent avant tout dans vos solutions la sereinite pour ne pas etre emmerder avec ce genre de pub bandes de gros cons

    Hello,

    We are sorry you are having trouble with the new update. You can revert to the previous version of Request signature by following this steps:

    1. Click on your profile
    2. Select Settings
    3. In E-signing settings, uncheck the box for "Use the latest version of Request e-signatures"
    4. Click Save and wait for the confirmation toast

    This will apply only to NEW drafts created after changing this setting, please let us know if this resolve the issue.

    Adobe Acrobat オンラインサービスをMicrosoft Edgeから利用しています。pdf「ファイルを結合」を選択し、結合させたい複数（2つで、各A4サイズ文書が数ページ）のPDFファイルを読み込ませましたがファイルは結合されずホーム画面に戻る不具合を確認しています。

16. LR Mobile app not included

    Hi, you told me that Lr for Mobile was included in this sub and after downloading it on my device, it now says that I have my sub does not include any mobile app. That is not a good feeling at all; I was looking to cancel the sub but kept it because of the LightRoom feature.

17. Forms in Web App

    I wish you would put higher priority to implementing full functionality regarding PDF forms. As a Linux user, the need for Acrobat Reader to fill PDF forms has been the only reason to still have a windows installation since years now, and I would really have hoped that with the advent of web apps there would be no need for this any longer soon. PLEASE implement form filling in the web app!

19. Redact in Online Editing

    Please allow for PDF redaction in the online tool. It is the only tool I have to open the desktop app for but I don't always have access to a machine with the app.
