  4. Service I am paying for is not being provided

    Please make the PDF converter actually convert PDFs!! I have paid for an annual subscription to convert Word docs to PDFs. This is literally all I wat to be able to do and I don't need any of the other functions, yet every time I try to convert a document, I get a stupid pop up window telling me to upgrade my subscription and my document does not convert. Why on earth would I upgrade to a more expensive plan when you can't even provide me with the basic service I am paying for? Please fix this!!

  5. Pay by use

    I don't mind paying $5 per use for fill and sign through adobe. But I don't want to sign up monthly for something I need twice a year. I have decided to print and scan instead. The pay by use would have been preferable to me.

  6. Alphabetical order

    It would be nice to be able to automatically sort in alphabetical order, especially when making a combined file. Adobe web is like Apple, the whole concept of logical order is thrown out the window. Having to drag files up and down the list is very time consuming. I tried using your help service and searching on the web, but this doesn't seem to be included.

  7. Worst Application Ever

    Where do I start?
    In summary, I have used FREE PDF editing and creation tools that are FAR SUPERIOR than Adobe Acrobat. I'm shocked at how bad the user experience is and how slow the application is in general. I am so disappointed that I got bamboozled into this subscription and that my only way out is to pay for year or pay an exorbitant $99 cancellation fee. For $21.64 a month, this application should be seamless and so easy to use. I have had issues with simple things like sending for signature. If you start, and abandon, it doesn't…

  8. Search result columns on Adobe Acrobat Documents list

    I have a bunch of adobe web forms on my websites. When I am looking at the Documents screen on Adobe Acrobat (acrobat.adobe.com/link/documents/agreements web page), it shows the recipients and the title. But when I am trying to search for a former recipient using the magnifying glass in the upper right, the search results don't show the recipient. Please make the columns on the search results the same as they are on the documents list.

  11. Can't open desktop app

    My desktop app keeps crashing. This keeps happening even after updating the app. If this keeps happening I will be forced to look for other apps to edit documents. I have Windows 10. I read that you are working on this issue back in May of this year.     The web based version does not offer any tools to check the accessibility of a PDF file. At least I am not able to find it.

    We are sorry that you are having trouble with this feature. Could you check if the email wasn't sent to spam or in Acrobat you can check the status of the agreement and see if it was actually sent? and comment back with your findings please.

  14. Having a option kind of reports to export the file info in a excel

    What I feel is a major necessity as of now, is that I can't export the information of the docs shared for signature, in Excel.
    It's tiring to search one by one doc shared after filtering for a month, but all information cannot be exported in an Excel file.

  16. worked fine until I bought more licenses

    I am getting very upset and looking at stopping my subscription...I got a couple licenses, now my adobe will not work...when I bring it up, I'm not signed in, then when I try to sign in, the app closes...I have uninstalled and reinstalled several times to the same results...its starting to be not work it...how can I fix this?

  17. Another botched roll out

    Adobe completely botched the roll out of InDesign Cloud. What a mess. If it wasn't ready with core functionality, why was it rolled out? Every other cloud document manager has figured out how to share documents and assets, but Adobe can't? Who's running the show and what are these teams working on?

  18. very poor quality pdf rendering.

    Stop decreasing the quality of the document. Merging my 5 small files gave me a very poor pdf rendering.

  19. Text box center alignment bug

    When I create a PDF template for signatures, text fields that are center aligned become right aligned. This is visible when I click "Use Template" and I am preparing a form for e-signatures. It is very frustrating. E-signing pdfs is great otherwise.

    I need to transfer an Adobe Acrobat XI Pro license from an old account and your automated system just takes you in circles.
