For a new feature request:

  1. Brief title
  2. Description of desired feature
  3. Why the feature is needed

For a new bug:

  1. Brief title
  2. Steps to reproduce the issue
  3. Environment (OS, other related application versions, etc.)
  4. Expected result
  5. Observed result

  1. No load, dark screen

    Hi, your merge pdf option in web browser does not load. It is a black screen with no selectable on it. Please fix this otherwise there's no point in me or my colleagues paying for this service.

  2. Unsharing a PDF should not remove any comments

    Unsharing the PDF removes comments collaborators added during their review of the PDF (added at such time when share was permitted). It's really not acceptable for unsharing a PDF to affect the comments in any way! :( Please fix this.

  6. Bug in Organize>Split Pages

    Open multi page PDF file; Click Organize Pages > Split.
    The modal that opens is formatted strangely and is unusable.

  7. Bug

    My PDF does not save changes anymore.
    Even after clicking on "save" and getting a confirmation, all the changes disappear when opening the documents once more.

  12. Editing web forms and sign templates

  13. app crashing

    I have started facing this issue a lot more frequently and the time taken to respond is getting stretched beyond limits. Also the App is getting crashed a lot more. This is certainly not expected after paying to a buy the product.

  16. App autocorrect breaking username tags by inserting unwanted space

    When I tag a user in the comments (e.g. @JohnSmith), the app inserts a space that breaks the hyperlink to the tag (i.e. @John Smith), requiring me to open up the comment to delete the space and thereby restore the hyperlink.

  18. way more time consuming and incorrect than Docusign

    We will be leaving for Docusign most likely. The reason is your software has become unreliable and is embarrassing a shell having to send a document multiple times for s-signature because your system incorrectly puts the wrong names in fields. Moreover, making any changes are ridiculously complex and the entire process is way too time consuming. I have had enough of this nonsense. I am sure I am not the first to say this. You better fix it or prepare for a Docusign monopoly.
