For a new feature request:

  1. Brief title
  2. Description of desired feature
  3. Why the feature is needed

For a new bug:

  1. Brief title
  2. Steps to reproduce the issue
  3. Environment (OS, other related application versions, etc.)
  4. Expected result
  5. Observed result

  6. "Sometimes two files show the same name or title."
    Due to this issue I accidently deleted a important scan, which i did not have any backup.
    So, please fix this issue.
    Also, There should be a Trash Bin or Recycle Bin for deleted files, where they get auto deleted after 30 or 60 days.

    Hi Julie,

    Are you requesting different colors for data you're filling in the form fields? When you said "all documents only showing in black and white" do you mean the entire document is in black and white or just the form fields? Documents with different text colors should be rendered with the colors on Fill & Sign. Please provide a screenshot (and a test document if possible), if documents with text in colors are not displayed correctly.

  10. It would be useful to have a plugin app for Microsoft Applications to send/attach a document for email via Adobe document file share - which is very useful for large files. Or to at least have this option linked in Creative Cloud and via desktop apps such as Acrobat to navigate to the page quickly. Its very well hidden!

  11. Cannot open any PDFs on my laptop. Have spent hours upon hours and my IT guy has spent hours upon hours trying to resolve it.

  12. PDF to image export quality is horrendous, even on Max. This is the case on the cloud or within Acrobat DC itself on Windows 10.
    Using an online tool like smallpdf has extremely better export quality for images, and thats free! Please fix this.

  19. Hello,

    I would like to point out that Acrobat may need to be used offline. The way it's configured now, you can't use the application without being online. Sometimes Documents need to be edited for personal use. Making Acrobat unusable while offline is ridiculous. Sometimes people travel on a Train or Bus where the Internet is not available. These situations exist out there in the world and a Customer should be able to use it anytime they want. Sometimes, people run out of minutes from their Cell carrier and therefore any document(s) being created are lost. I liked it better…
