For a new feature request:

  1. Brief title
  2. Description of desired feature
  3. Why the feature is needed

For a new bug:

  1. Brief title
  2. Steps to reproduce the issue
  3. Environment (OS, other related application versions, etc.)
  4. Expected result
  5. Observed result

  1. I am unable to get back on my Adobe track and send account. It went past the 30 days as I was not at computer. I don't know how to get back on as editing my payment info has not helped at all. Can someone get this going. The credit card info should have always worked so I do not know what is going on and am really in need of this product. I can't send files at all.

  2. The Acrobat is very cumbersome and doesn't work well at all. Your concept is very badly thought out and poorly engineered. It is software of inferior quality. Also your Cloud Access to Personal Identifiable Information (PII) is a serious issue and you can face serious legal action. Time for you to rethink your entire process as this is being reported to the authorities.

  3. I did not realize until now that 16.45 per MONTH has been automatically deducted from my account. There is NO way this amount is justified for the occasional PDF conversions during home use. If there are NO other cost options for these services PLEASE discontinue my account.

  4. The acrobat is very cumbersome and doesn't work well at all. I tried to use this for a big business change we are going through and every document was returned to us due to issues we had editing it. I had to convert all files over to Apple's Preview, which worked flawlessly and allowed me to complete my project in a timely manner and without any stress. Adobe needs to review this software and redo it. It's terrible and I am shocked it is adobe brand.

  5. Your e-mail sending is faulty. You are interpreting the following SMTP response as an UNDELIVERABLE status which is completely false and incorrect, where it is very clear your mailer is not handling it correctly:

    [SMTP Status] 451 4.7.1 Please try again later

    Most SPAM filters employ damping as a mechanism to inform new senders to just try again later when a new domain is sending to a recipient. SPAMMERS do not resend e-mails.

    Adobe is now the first public commercial system that seems unable to understand this. This is VERY poor development practice.

  6. Fout bij combineren / Failed to combine.

    Every freaking time. I need this functionality 4 times a year. Nothing fancy, nothing special. Every (2nd) time it freaking fails. With a useless error, thanks for letting me delete and re-order all the pages first, to just notify me, that it eventually fail :'(

    Adobe, your products aren't cheap. I want my money back.

  7. Make it simpler. Please. You have wonderful products. Dealing with what you have here is like going to Macy's for a specific shoe or dress, and having some charming sales person drag you all around the enormous complex, introducing you to everything the store offers - until all I want to do is get out and fill out documents with a pen.

  11. The document detail is nice to have but poorly implemented.

    I should be able to click on a document but not have the side bar open and close each time. This is annoying as ****.

  12. Why can't we cancel an incomplete agreement in adobe sign?

    Seriously why? There are times in which you may have made a mistake in the prefill and you don't want the document to be complete by the client.

    I don't get your use cases on this. You'll never complete with docusign with incomplete thinking and use cases.

    Definately not ready for prime time.

    Hi Derek,

    You should be able to cancel an incomplete agreement from the right hand panel when you have the agreement selected or opened. Depending on the state of the agreement, you can find them in one of these sections: In progress, Waiting for you, and Draft. (please take a look at the attachment)

  14. Stop asking for my phone#, secondary email, and stop rerouting me to the document cloud webpage when all I want is to go to the Adobe Sign portal

  18. I am trying to convert a regional language PDF to Word so that i can make edits. There are two problems.
    1. The PDF is not editable in the regional language ( E.g Tamil )
    2. When i convert that PDF to Word to see if that can be edited, that also does not work.

  19. Have 3 year subscription to Adobe Acrobat DC. Very disappointed. Unable to convert web pages to PDF. When printing web to Adobe PDF, prints uneditable images. OCR scans are negligible. When opening browsers, prompted to sign in when already signed in via the desktop version. And even after signing in via a browser, I'm still prompted to try trials for features I already have! Help is not helpful at all. Hardly anything works! WHAT IS THIS!!
