Issues filling Templates before sending
Hi, we are having issues completing multiple templates one after another. Sometimes once the autosave is done on a second template it will revert to the previous template and save it, deleting the 2nd template. It is like it thought it was still on the previous template...Also we are experiencing lag issues keeping up with our typing sometimes waiting 15-30 seconds before catching up.

Signing multiple documents in one envelope
Hello! The ability to rename batch submissions has disappeared. Now they are all under the same name "Binder". It is impossible to distinguish documents when there are many of them.

You can change the name of the agreement in Review and Send modal, before you sent it out (see image). Please let us know if this resolve your question and if you have any other query.

PDF Convert stuck in loop
Your convert to PDF feature is broken. When signed in, it is stuck in a never ending loop of refreshing the page.
The only solution I have found is to use an incognito tab and use the free version...which is ridiculous for the amount of money this account cost.

You can distinguish them by looking the color of the field and to know which color is for each recipient you can look at the left panel and select the recipient and it will change the color of the fields in the left panel (see image). Please let us know if you have more questions.

Downloading files does not work
Make the download button work! When selecting to download my file it will only ;et me do so if it is compressed. I don't want or need the file compressed every time. When selecting the "This PDF" option the option is unselected and nothing happens. This is extremely frustrating!

Problems with documents loading
I can't get an important document I need to download and save to load in adobe acrobat to load and can't get any help from your chat bot or find help. This is ridiculous!!

download tool not working
When it is downloading a pdf format in compressed/combined form, the pdf is not downloading for some reasons and it is always needing me to compress it again, resulting in a lower quality presentation. How can I fix this?

Where are the files I sent for signature? Where are the files that haven't been signed? Why do all my documents have the same name? At least DOCUSIGN would put the email address and customer name in the Document Name! This is not very customer friendly!

You can find all your files in the "Documents" tab at the top of the page, then you can select the type of document you need to look for on the left hand panel. E.g. Clicking "In progress" under "Agreements" will display all the sent documents waiting for signatures.

I am a university student and a staff too. I am trying to sin in my student account but Adobe logs me in to Staff account.
What a terrible thing! I try to sign in via student email ID, and it always signs me in to the staff account
