    Very disappointed with acrobat pro. Issues scaling between displays, constant popup "an internal error occurred". And if I want to cancel my plan because of these issues you are going to charge me 99.99? It is absurd that there is no simple option to cancel my subscription after the full year is over so that I don't automatically get renewed.

    Thank you for contacting us. Can you please apprise us with the following information to assist you better:
    1) You can add image only if you have subscription for editing. Can you please check your subscription (Go to Profile -> Account -> Subscription Status)
    2) Is it happening for all files or with any specific document only?
    2) Share the screenshot and description of what exact issue you’re facing in editing the PDF file.
    3) The device configuration that you’re using (Platform/Browser)

  3. Let me spell security

    I was hopeful that the password function for "Request e-signatures" would actually work this year. The password option is front and center so I thought Adobe finally got the security message. It didn't.
    Here's what I am looking for: I want my customers to be required to enter a password before they can access and sign the document.
    Requiring a password to see the finished, signed form is too little security, too late.

    ben google drive kullanrak acrobatı kullanmak istemiyorum. Sayfaları düzenlemek istiyorum. Beni websitesine yönlendiriyor. Bu nasıl bir saçmalıktır. Bunu engelleyecek ayar bulamadım. Lütfen yardımcı olur musunuz

    Merhabalar ; PDF sıkıştırma işlemlerim sürekli hata veriyor.Ve işlerimi yapmak saatlerimi hatta günlerimi alıyor.Pro üyelik almama rağmen çok sıkıntı yaşıyorum.Çok pişman oldum.Sizinle çalışmak beni her defasında hüsrana uğratıyor.Umarım PDF sıkıştırma ile ilgili alt yapıya bir yenilik getirirsiniz.Sevgiler

    adobe acrobat blijft vastlopen. dit na een plan update. enorm frustrerend. ik heb alles al gedaan van afmelden, herstarten naar verwijderen en updaten. Ik kan zo onmogelijk mijn werk doen. Waar 50% van de tijd ik met PDF's moet werken. UITERMATEN ONTEVREDEN

  9. Cancelled my subscription because it's way too much money now.

    Please note that I cancelled this subscription. The price has gone through the roof and I was able to buy, not lease, a competitor's product that does everything I need for less than you wanted to charge me to renew. Sorry, but you are charging way too much money now for this product.

  12. Unable to fill form/document when shared in the cloud.

    Shared document is not fillable after it is shared. we must be able to fill documents when shared in order to collaborate.

  13. Aplikacja NIE jest bezpłatna jak mówi ogłoszenie

    Program ppozycjonuje się w google jako Bezpłatny edytor PDF online. Natomiast po zalogowaniu/zarejestrowaniu konta kokazuje się że jest płatny. Jest to czyste wprowadzenie w błąd. Potrzebowałem tylko pogrubić tekst w jednym akapicie więc nie wymagałem od programu skomplikowanych operacji

  14. Could not extract PDF because of page limit

    Why is there a 500 page limit for processing?

    I went to www.ilovepdf.com and was able to extract pages from a 570 page PDF. And everything else about the experience was better as well: no login required, faster upload, more intuitive UI, and no annoying page limit.

    I only signed in with my Google account because your site made it seem that I would be able to use the products for free. Once I did sign up, your company wants me to start paying a fee to use.
    Very deceitful.

  18. Make acrobat landing page more user friendly with filtering/sorting options

    the entry portal for Acrobat.adobe.com is not very user friendly. I get a long list of documents but i can't even see off the bat which ones I've signed and which i haven't. I have to go back often after checking data elsewhere, I sign some and not others and I would like to be able to filter by that fields and possibly others but at least I'd like to not see the ones i have already signed and just show the ones pending or waiting on a signature. make this page more customizable and helpful. thanks.
