For a new feature request:

  1. Brief title
  2. Description of desired feature
  3. Why the feature is needed

For a new bug:

  1. Brief title
  2. Steps to reproduce the issue
  3. Environment (OS, other related application versions, etc.)
  4. Expected result
  5. Observed result

  3. When I convert my pdf to Word, the conversion is horrible, despite the fact that I am converting a book I wrote and it is fine, honestly, this program does not work and I would like to get my money back, because I paid to have this function

  4. Your method for installing desktop apps is one of the worst things I've ever seen. The bouncing between browser windows, installation windows, and windows security is completely absurd. This is worse than office365, which is very hard to do.

  5. Actually, I'm really irritated. Somehow, one of my private files has ended up on your cloud. I did not save my file to your cloud and I would like to delete it. However, you have made it IMPOSSIBLE to work out how to delete a file from your cloud. I would like to know where you've hidden the delete file function. I don't know if you're able to view my files (I hope not!) but I don't want my files on your network and I'm sure I'm not the only person who has suffered this. And it is a disgrace…

  6. Every day I use this is a nightmare. Comment filters continually turn off and cause me to lose place reviewing comments. Defund adobe

  7. Steps to reproduce

    1. Set UI language to e.g. "Norwegian"
    2. Open a document in Document Cloud
    3. Click "Edit" ("Rediger") > "Add comment" ("Legg til en kommentar") 3.1 Notice the "monitor icon" when hovering the link, which might indicate that the feature is not available in the webapp
    4. Be redirected to a 404/Not Found page (in the Norwegian case the URL is https://acrobat.adobe.com/no/nb/acrobat/features.html# as of 2020-07-04)

    Expected result: Clicking the "Add comments" link will let the user add a comment, or at least redirect to an existing page.

    Observed result: Clicking the "Add comments" link redirects to a non-existing resource when UI…

  9. First time using your cloud. Immediate bugs regarding commenting (arguably it's primary purpose?), so unusable. Just more of the same from adobe, seller of worthless buggy garbage

  11. My toolbar is not appearing on the right to be able to remind/cancel/etc the document- why is that? It used to be that I could help that by coming back in and out of the document but even that is not helping currently. Very frustrating!

  13. When you share links of PDFs. People cannot tell that you can download this file. I wish that you would more clearly label somewhere on here that you can also download this file! thanks.

  14. Hi there,

    When using the share for review feature and after getting comments, I proceed to the download of the PDF version including all comments, but the issue is that all the accentuated letters are taken out of the comments.

    It seems like it's a bug!

    Any help resolving this, as it makes the content hard to read, would be greatly appreciated.

  17. Ich erhalte dauernd "zu viele Transaktionen", wenn ich ca. 500 pdf komprimieren will... warum? Der Dienst verspricht dies, kann es aber bei weitem nicht halten (während z.B. smallpdf das problemlos kann...)

  20. I have been using the request signature app for some time now. However, the program tend terminate your session after a few minutes- usually 2 to 3 minutes. This is a small window to be working with files especially when I can get interrupted by phone calls or other office activities. This is annoying and unproductive! Let the program stay on for up to 10 minutes before it shuts down due to inactivity
