Please provide the following information. You can post a new idea or search for ideas already submitted.

For a new feature request:

  1. Brief title
  2. Description of desired feature
  3. Why the feature is needed

For a new bug:

  1. Brief title
  2. Steps to reproduce the issue
  3. Environment (OS, other related application versions, etc.)
  4. Expected result
  5. Observed result

The UserVoice feedback pages are for feature requests and bug reports only. If your submission is not a product feature, suggestion or product question, it may be removed. Only upload content that you have permission to use and refrain from posting personal information (home address, phone number, email address, serial number, or credit card information).   6. THIS NEW INTERFACE SUCKS!!! I cannot do HALF of what I need to be able to do in here anymore! Is there any way to go back to the old UX???

  7. PDF files will not open for editing using the Acrobat web app. I get a message "preparing file for editing..." which holds (presumably) forever.

  9. The E-Signature update is absolutely awful. How can I default it back to the older version?? Who think so these updates? It works nothing like the older version.

    We understand you are encountering some trouble with the new feature in Request e-signatures. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. With Modernized experience, you now get simplified document authoring experience, leverage AI-assisted form field detection and ability to revise, organize & save document edits in-progress, add/ remove recipients during agreement creation step. Here’s more information.

    If you still prefer to use the earlier version you can revert back by following these steps:
    1.    Click on your profile icon.
    2.    Select "Settings".
    3.    In "E-signing settings", uncheck the box next to "Use the latest version of Request e-signatures".

    This change will only affect new created after making this adjustment. We appreciate your patience and cooperation in resolving this issue. If you have any further questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to contact us.

  10. Please revert the eSign back to the original format, the new version is not easy to use when you are using a mouse and keyboard. It takes longer to prepare a document for signature

  11. Accessing Adobe Pro is much harder under this format and when you do connect it doesn't work as well. I have always liked Adobe products, but I am at the point that I would recommend that people avoid them.

  12. My Adobe Acrobat Pro freezes my PC screen regularly during navigation - i have then shut down my computer to get out of the app. Frustrating to say the least - i will not be renewing my contract and will return to the free version of adobe reader. Very disappointing.

    1. Open the agreement draft experiencing the issue.
    2. On the left panel, scroll down and click "View more".
    3. Click the "Switch to legacy version" link.

  13. Request e-signatures is not functional on either the desktop app or the web app. Support is non-existent by chat, telephone, or otherwise. AI generated support does not address the issue. Zero satisfaction with Request e-signatures feature and related support.

  16. When will Adobe online support signing landscape documents? This is extremely inconvenient trying to execute documents saved in this format

    We are sorry you are experiencing trouble with the new feature. Even though the app does not support landscape documents and a message is prompted to the user advising this, it is still possible to send this type of documents for signing.

  17. "Preferences" is garbage. There is no option to prevent files from opening in the default browser, and your FAQs are terrible.
