Adobe Acrobat cheated us, charged us $21.77/mo for a $12.99/mo subscription
Adobe Acrobat ROBBED us. We inadvertantly signed up for a year subscription when we only wanted it for a month. We were charged $21.77 per month for a year and then I go to finally cancel and find out that our subscription cost only $12.99 per month. Adobe Acrobat are cheaters and theives. Shame on you. SHAME!!!!

Not working after login
The app is not working at all once I sign in. All the options to click on are not redirecting the app to a new page

Ho importato una ricevuta di pagamento ottenuta da Bancoposta avendo pagato una bolletta. ora io voglio stampare questa ricevuta che ho scaricato dal servizio di Posta in arrivo, non posso farlo perché il vostro programma Acrobat me lo impedisce. Ma siamo matti? Perché non posso stampare la ricevuta del PagoPA che vedo chiaramente sullo schermo? Tra le opzioni che voi mostrate lateralmente e che non mi interessano assolutamente non esiste il logo della stampante da cliccare per stampare, perché? Se non posso stampare i documenti visualizzati con Acrobat, allora non voglio più usare la vostra applicazione! Cancellatemi! Maria Teresa Chimenti…

New phone and email accsess
I'm concerned about the emails that are connected to my account access I just recently had to change email and phone number to protect my data and account access due to a issue with my most recent devices and want to make sure that I am proceeding safely.kk

HATE THE NEW CHANGES
I despise change. I'm no completely unable top split a file into multiple pages by file size????? That's the whole point of splitting them.
This version is sooooooop user UNFRIENDLY. I have to sometimes work remotely. The old EASY version is still on my office computer. But my new work from home laptop requires this new MESSED UP version that makes it hard to find ANY of the tools I typically use. HATE IT HATE IT HATE IT

Do you value your customers at all?
I have been a longtime user and customer of adobe for adobe acrobat. I current have paid for the program and do use it regularly at work. I have just been given a new work computer that does not have adobe as its pdf software. I'm beginning to see why - there seems to be absolutely no support other than to push the purchase of monthly access at a price I, at least, will not pay,

Amélioration pièces jointes formulaire web
Bonjour,
À partir d'un formulaire web. J'aimerais télécharger toutes les pièces jointes des différents destinataires ayant complété un formulaire web (qui intègre les pièces jointes). Dans un gros zip avec un répertoire par destinataire. Un peu de la même manière que de "Télécharger les données des champs du formulaire". Au lieu de sélectionner le formulaire web, cliquer sur accords "total", cliquer sur le destinataire de l'accord, cliquer sur pièces jointes, cliquer sur chacune des pièces jointes afin des les télécharger.

Beratung
Das Telefonat mit eurem Serviceteam vom 18. Juni 2024 um 10.03 Uhr mit einem weiblichen Berater war sehr enttäuschend. Sie hat mir zweimal gedroht, dass Telefon aufzuhängen ohne Grund.
Diese Beratung widerspiegelt keine kompetente Firma.

trouble converting pdf to word
your web site does not work properly. when i try to convert a pdf to word, i get a message saying that my pdf file security settings do not allow the conversion. i do not have any security on my pdf's so this should not be happening. i am very unhappy with this service that i am paying for.

Ich hatte ein Dokument erstellt, was von zwei anderen Parteien und mir unterzeichnet werden musste.
Über die erste Unterschrift wurde ich noch informiert. Leider wurde ich aber nicht darüber informiert, dass die zweite Partei unterzeichnet hat und meine Unterschrift fehlt.

I can't save changes to my document
This file is not opening from the cloud and when I opened it with Acrobat DC, it said it couldn't save the file.

Demanding Money when subscription has been cancelled and fee paid
Stop sending emails saying you are owed money when an account has been cancelled and you have received the cancellation fee. Disgusting to demand payment when you are not owed anything!

I am furious that I cant edit text in a pdf if it recognizes the og format as a jpg
I want my money back I cant edit text if there is a jpg embedded this has ruined acrobat for me and I am canceling my subscription

Cannot sign in to my Adobe standard account.The sign-in icon is ABSENT.
I upgraded to Adobe Standard. But I do not get access to a sign-in page for my new account. Adobe opens to the old Adobe account. Fix it.
