For a new feature request:

  1. Brief title
  2. Description of desired feature
  3. Why the feature is needed

For a new bug:

  1. Brief title
  2. Steps to reproduce the issue
  3. Environment (OS, other related application versions, etc.)
  4. Expected result
  5. Observed result

  1. So we moved our organization from DocuSign to Acrobat Sign via Acrobat Pro subscription. Our users start encountering a 100 page limitation. Support says you need an enterprise plan to move up to 500 pages. Looked at the enterprise plan, for some reason it has a 150 transaction limit, but the cheaper option is unlimited? Who is making these decisions? So you have to pay more to get less? This is an incredibly strange decision. Imagine if Microsoft told its customers they could only send 150 emails on 365 unless they move to a cheaper plan.

  3. I want to share same documents to multiple users but there is no option to write name while sending bulk documents. How can we organize documents using an email address. There should be area to add names as well while sending bulk documents.

    We are sorry you are having trouble with this feature. The following steps might help you:

    1. On Home > E-Sign
    2. Click E-Sign (on top menu)
    3. Click on Send in Bulk
    4. Select or Drag and drop multiple files
    5. Under "Add Recipients" section
    6. Type email and click enter
    7. Repeat step 6 until all recipients are added
    8. Proceed to prepare document

  4. Hi there, I use your program to send over contracts for our law firm services and I am getting a lot of complaints that the people I am sending the contracts to are not receiving them. The documents seem to go to their spam folder each time. I have colleagues who are sending the same documents and haven't had these types of complaints. Is there anything I can do or could someone please assist me with this issue?

  5. It keeps kicking me out. I am unable to save any of my work. As soon as it saysthat it's unable to save, all of my work disappears. This happens A LOT.

  6. Cuando quiero mover un archivo a una nueva carpeta, no lo puedo hacer. Me tengo que salir de la opción "Mover". Ir a mis archivos, crear una nueva carpeta, volver a la sección donde están todos los documentos y volver a mover el archivo.

La actualización en la solicitud de firmas electronicas tiene cambios que no ayudan en agilizar el proceso de envio a firma, Por el contrario genera mas demora, tengo dos temas especificos, en la selección de correos tengo que ingresar uno por uno y tengo que dar clic en la opcion agregar destinatario, en la versión anterior copiaba y pegaba la lista de correo y listo. el otro punto complicado esta en la seleccion de firmas para agregar los recuadros, tengo que desplegar una lista o agregar campos y luego darle clic para cambiar el destinatario, en la versión anterior solo…

    We are sorry you are having trouble with this feature. To add an attachment to an agreement you need to click the attachment field, then a file explorer should open where you can select the field. Please let us know if this resolves your issue.

  12. Please fix the serious problem of eSignatures feature not working. When I try to use the esign or signature tools to approve a document, Adobe Acrobat freezes up and stops working. I have to run task manager and forcefully close adobe acrobat.

Could you please describe the specific issue you are facing when using Acrobat Web? Did the tab remain inactive for an extended period while the document was open? Additionally, when posting the comment, did the UI display any errors on the screen?

  16. When I am editing this PDF the sidebar where is shows font format, size, bold, etc does not come up. Could not figure out where to find it.

  17. How can you improve? REVERT TO LEGACY FOR THE ENTIRE PROGRAM.
    The update is horrible - it is no longer intuitive, and SEVERAL functions I used frequently are no longer available. The Help just flatly doesn't help at all. Some of the "improvements" (seriously? moving things from one side of the screen to the other?) were obviously poorly thought out.
    Have I made it clear enough that I don't like the new version? If not, on a scale of 1-10, it gets a big fat ZERO.
    PLEASE REVERT TO THE ORIGINAL VERSION, OR AT LEAST PROVIDE A WAY FOR USERS…

  19. Hello,

    Often when I go to sign something I get an error saying I need to reload the document and then when I do, all of the data is gone from not saving. This happens to me on 60% or more of the documents I sign and it's becoming quite frustrating.

  20. Is there anyway to make it easier to dictate (speech to text feedback) within Adobe? I am trying to use the windows built in speech to text feature, but it does not work very well. thanks
