Please provide the following information. You can post a new idea or search for ideas already submitted.

For a new feature request:

  1. Brief title
  2. Description of desired feature
  3. Why the feature is needed

For a new bug:

  1. Brief title
  2. Steps to reproduce the issue
  3. Environment (OS, other related application versions, etc.)
  4. Expected result
  5. Observed result

  2. How do I go back to the Legacy version as the "NEW" version is not working at all and I can't send requests for electronic signatures!!!

    Hello Mike,

    We are sorry you are having trouble with this new update. Could you provide more information about this issue? For example, the features that are missing from the old version and you need, what exactly is not working for you and the steps you do to trigger the issue. Any information that you deem important will be helpful to us.

    You can also go back to the old version by following this steps:

    1. Click on your profile 
    2. Select Settings
    3. In E-signing settings, uncheck the box for "Use the latest version of Request e-signatures"
    4. Click Save and wait for the confirmation toast 

    This will apply only to NEW drafts created after changing this setting

  3. you have removed the "add multiple documents" when sending for signature feature, please revert this back, as your combine files is not efficient enough. i fail to see how this being removed is agreeable to your customer base! please add it back in

    We are sorry that you are having trouble with the new update. For adding multiple files for signature request we do support multi selection. You can try selecting  from the beginning more than one document when prompt to pick a file, this can be done by uploading them directly from your computer or using the previously used files in Acrobat.

  5. I pay $75 a year for a product I use once a quarter, and now you want to limit where I edit at. Nope, cancelled. There are too many free apps out there. And even Apple is adding all these features over time, if "Security" was the reason to not use free apps. Bye

  6. Why would you change the entire functionality of adding comments to a PDF when that was what separated this software from others? The new tool layout is so clunky and non-user friendly. Please revert it back to how it was.

  7. This is driving me insane. I keep running into this issue with comments (doesn't happen EVERY time, but it happens in every document without warning -- I end up having to reload it to make it work right again). The glitch happens when I highlight a word and begin typing my comment, and then as I type, the tool switches over to the "strikethrough" tool and begins posting EACH separate character/letter as its own separate comment. I do not do anything special here. I just type as normal, and every letter begins posting as its own comment (screenshot attached --…

  10. I just accidentally deleted an important document from about 3 years ago that I need for my files. Is there no way to recover recently deleted files? This was a mistake made by accidentally pressing the wrong button on the app because they were so close to one another. Please assist in any way you can. If this is not a feature, is it going to be one soon? I actually have to consider not using this app if it is that easy to permanently delete files.
