Send for Signature not received
We are having many people not getting the emails for documents with requested signatures.

We are sorry that you are having trouble with this feature. Could you please provide more information about it? For example if in acrobat the agreements shows in In progress section, if you as sender are receiving a confirmation email that the agreement was send, also if there is any error that appears after you send for signature will be really helpful if you can share it with us.

Language problem
How switch language on Mobile Application to correct one. My native language is Ukrainian, but I am using English. After some time mobile app switched to Chine language (that is not my). And here not available options to use correct one. Please fix this an issue. FYI: Reinstalling app does not fix an issue.

Bounced Email not evident
When a document is sent to an invalid email there is no indication on the In Progress screen that the email bounced, or failed. There needs to be either an email sent to advise that the event failed, or there needs to be an on-screen indication that an event failed, or preferably both.

How difficult is it to provide basic search functionality?

You need to fix whatever this error code 205 BS is that prevents opening the desktop app.

highlights layout
Please make the highlights contiguous; currently, each word is individually highlighted, which makes it less readable.

Frustration with how slow saving is during editing
Saving is too slow, 5 minutes and still waiting.
Really dislike Adobe, use to love it, not it is tedious to use, to save, to access. It has become cumbersome.

Handtekening opvragen werkt traag/niet
Een handtekening aanvragen op een document (in mijn geval Technisch prototype...GG-2023-51 duurt als sinds vrijdag langer dan 15min. (langer heb ik niet gewacht).

Cannot compress an original file with a different compression setting
Need to compress a file (original) with a different compression, but I get the error that my (original) file is already compressed. Changing the file name does not help. I could not download the earlier compressed file stuck on adobe's cloud, so I deleted it.--I still cannot compress the (original) file again like I need to.

Anule y me han cobrado, no puedo pagar
Buenos dias. Les escribo porque solicite el uso de Adobe por un mes de forma gratuita y lo cancelé en su momento. Hora me habéis pasado un pago de 24 euros y no puedo pagarlo. Ahora me decis q me cobráis 120 € por cancelar la suscripción y me encuentro en una situación económica lamentable.

Frustrated with Inability to Access Program
Why can I not access my documents from my dropbox from my laptop when I am able to work with them perfectly from my desktop? it is the SAME ACCOUNT. I am beyond frustrated.

Check yourself
You should realize that there are free alternatives to your software and the level of obnoxiousness that dealing with you trying to force me into a subscription vs the functionality you offer turns me so off of your product that $2/yr feels like your taking me for a ride. Find a better way to sell yourself, maybe allow more features for free and the upsell includes quality of life features + maybe cloud storage. Figure it out.

Resolved filter doesn't work as well as Checkmarks
When I share PDFs I have to use the dropdown menu for each comment and mark them Resolved. This is very close to Deleted and I have deleted comments accidentally that cannot be recovered. Please change this to the checkmark box option that's in normal PDFs. The Unchecked filter works better that way as well. In shared PDFs when I mark an edit Resolved it doesn't disappear even though my filter is set to only show Unresolved comments. I have to keep turning the filter on and off to hide the resolved comments. The checkmark feature is so much better.…
