cancellation ability is hidden from consumers. This is sneaky and unethical.
There is nowhere to cancel my monthly plan. That's why more people don't subscribe. There needs to be a place where one can cancel their plan.

why does adobe online freeze when i try to use the send e sig feature?

Customer service chat is horrible
I have contact adobe support multiple times today and after I finally get to chat with someone I ask my question and they leave the chat. This is unacceptable as this has happened 3x today.. If I were to do this with the company I work for I would be reprimanded

Search function not taking me to the document
When using the search field to find a document, the result won't take me to the document. it says, "Yes, it's here somewhere" but won't allow me to select it and take me to it. Must be a bug! Please fix because we have hundreds of documents to search for!

Reminders go to EVERYONE, not just the intended. The links on those reminders do not open the document for the secondary signee. The subject

- The subject line of the automated emails has code and unfriendly for recipients.
- Even when "Recipients must sign in order" is selected, all recipients get the email right away now.
- Field validation no longer exists for phone numbers.

WORST Customer service
had the WORST, SLOWEST time with chatbot. TERRIBLE tool. TERRIBLE customer service. Where is the phone number? Buried so deep it doesn't even exist? Very unhappy customer.

Unintuitive and Unresponsive AI Assistant
Hi, I was compiling a document on the Adobe webapp and wanted to encrypt it. But I could not find a button to do so from the editing screen (I know we can go back to home then to edit and encrypt from there). But I thought it'd be more convenient to be able to do so from the editing screen too. So I asked the 'AI Assistant' how to encrypt the document. The loading circle spun for >12 minutes without any output. It's not very intelligent. Or intuitive. If it had a connection problem or didn't understand the question…

Price sensitivity
High confidence that I will not subscribe to Adobe AI in addition to the pro account. I use OpenAI and will continue to use that. Therefore, I will look for another PDF reader and use that.

Reduce price, permanently
Cancellation fees combined with an overpriced subscription...Adobe needs to lower their prices if they want more users. Think about it: Raising prices will only mean less people can buy it. You can't make the price of bread a million dollars and expect the poor to buy it. No. Make the prices low, PERMANENTLY, and you'll get more users. That will offset the cancellation fee, and will overall ensure a smooth ride with Adobe, so we can focus on what matters most, instead of worrying about how to pay this $30 a month subscription. Too complicated to navigate
I find doing simple things, like uploading my tax documents, and then emailing them to my accountant, too difficult to navigate.
I don't use Adobe frequently so it takes me a long time to figure out a simple thing like sending documents

Adobe online DOESN'T WORK
Stop charging for a product that you clearly haven't got the bugs ironed out of yet. Since being forced to use the online version to request e-signatures I haven't been able to get a reliable signature. Sometimes I can't send the request without first saving the pdf as a Word document and then saving the Word version back to pdf. Sometimes I have to "compress" the pdf by "printing" it first. Sometimes neither works and I have to start again and recreate the document from scratch with no guarantee I'll ever get a signature. And all of this is done…
