  1. Brief title
  2. Description of desired feature
  3. Why the feature is needed

For a new bug:

  5. Observed result

  1. The recent update you did to your system does not allow for easy signing of documents with your Adobe Digital Signature. We use it all the time and once you sign one document digitally, it will not allow for the second document to be signed digitally. I am having to use my own signature which is not what we want to be doing. This message keeps popping up and not allowing you to create the signature box.

  3. Dear Madam, Dear Sir,

    Please allow me to adapt my preferences in such a way so the metric system is standard and that the box "Recipients must sign in order" is always ticked. Other preferences like the choice of British English would be very much appreciated as well.

  4. I can't compress a file, unless I choose the highest compression (which looks terrible). So what am I paying for if your tools don't work?

  8. The search tab needs to be revised because I input what I need to search, down to the exact file name and a million other documents appear first before the one I need. Also not sure why they took down the "apply to other pages" for the signature tab because now I have to manually add it to my 20-page contracts which is a hassle and annoying. This interface needs to improve drastically.

    Also, if you right click the field you want to apply to other pages, you will se a menu with options like in the image attached where the fourth option is Repeat field on all pages

  10. In the web browser for Adobe Sign, I want to see my signature requests with a filter for what's completed and what's still outstanding, that way I can easily see where I need to set up reminders for signers.

    In Acrobat, or later in the web browser for Adobe Sign, I want to be able to edit my message to signers if I need to make a correction or add information.

  14. The new format for adobesign is sooooooooo bad! Super convoluted compared to what it was. When enter the email addresses, it wipes out the info from a form I just filled in. The only way I can do it is through the web vs the app, and the fields seem to be limited there. Please revert back. Why do so many people 'fix' what wasn't broken??

    We are sorry you are having trouble with this feature. Could you provide more information about this issue? For example:

    • Where exactly in the process you are having issues
    • The fields that are limited and you need 
    • Anything else that you consider helpful to us

    Also, you should be able to change to the old version if you go to your Profile > Settings > E-signing settings > Uncheck use the latest version > Save

  15. I use the Acrobat Pro application infrequently for mission critical purposes. Used to simply launch the application and run it on my local machine. Now I spend 15 minutes each time trying to remember how to launch something in the cloud. Inefficient. Do not like to store my data in the cloud on some other company's file server so I spend more time moving the file from cloud storage to local storage and deleting the file from cloud storage. not impressed or happy in any manner.

  18. We need the ability to change the “reply to” or “send as” parameters for outgoing Adobe Sign agreements. Like many modern businesses, we have many separate shared mailboxes for each client or project. Users access those shared mailboxes to send and receive all communications. When sending agreements with Adobe Sign, customers receive our user email instead of the project email. As a result, customers will email the person who sent the agreement instead of the shared mailbox where communications should be sent. Ideally, this could be done on setup by requiring that “send as” is enabled only if a parameter…

  19. We desperately need the ability to sort agreements into folders otherwise categorize agreement so that we can sort/filer by client, project, or other groupings. The current design with ZERO sorting strongly encourages us and other consumers to purchase DocuSign instead. In fact, MOST of my team has refused to switch to Adobe sign because DocuSign can organize agreements and Adobe Sign cannot. There is no good reason for them to switch.

  20. I will be dropping Adobe Pro as soon as I finish the class I'm taking at UCLA. Your product is entirely user unfriendly. I am trying to do very simple edits on a script. Like strike text and add comments. EVERY SINGLE TIME I had to go up to the search function and type in STRIKE TEXT and ADD COMMENT. These very basic tools needed to edit were not readily available. I spent about 45 minutes just trying to figure it out and decided it wasn't worth the effort so I kept having to type in the search menu. WHY?…

    On Acrobat Web, you can highlight, underline, or strikethrough text by using the Quick Tools options. In the top right corner, you can select the highlight, underline, or strikethrough tool and then choose any text to apply the desired formatting.

    Additionally, whenever you select any text within the document, a context menu will appear. This context menu will provide an option to highlight, underline, or strikethrough the selected text.

    I have included a video with this message to assist you in understanding the workflow better.
