For a new feature request:
- Brief title
- Description of desired feature
- Why the feature is needed
For a new bug:
- Brief title
- Steps to reproduce the issue
- Environment (OS, other related application versions, etc.)
- Expected result
- Observed result

Cannot change password
When signing onto adobe acrobat for the first time form my google/email account it said I needed to use a new password I’ve never used before, so I changed it to one of the iPhones “use strong password.” It did not save in my passwords file and now it has locked me out of my email. I would just like to be able to change my password on adobe to something I know so I can log back into my email.

My document cloud account signed off and I can’t sign in back
My document cloud account logged out automatically and now I can’t log in back, neither remember the email account, I created it from my cloud mail and I can’t log in.

new doc cloud interface is awful
The new Document Cloud interface is terrible. the old interface was intuitive. The created links are long and needlessly complicated.

Update
Latest update is terrible. Horrible user experience. The sheared files don't get delivered to addresses.

does not convert to word properly
just bought the package to convert pdf to word. of the several pages in the document, some pages converted, some did not, when its all text. frustrating!

I keep getting "Bad Request" errors when I share files.
I keep getting "Bad Request" errors when I share files. They seem to share anyway though.

designate download location
Where do my downloads go? I can't find anywhere to manage that setting. I want it to ASK since WHERE depends on the type or file.

No flexability in the new interface!
I still can't change the "Files" view back to the way it was and am only able to see a list view.

Not as efficient as the old interface!
Ouch! After sharing files I'm dropped into the "Shared For Viewing" window and have to either click "Files" and then drill back down to the folder or click the back button and dismiss the share dialog to get back to my files.

big powerpoint, encryption
- Support more than 100MB powerpoint files to convert to pdf.
- Support encryption options inside web converter

This program won't convert half of the PDF files I have. It is worthless to me. I would like a refund.

文字化けする原因
以前はPDF⇒Word、Excelとも変換できていましたが、ここ数か月文字化けしてしまっていてうまく変換できません。サイト上のファイルをそのまま変換、また一旦保存し印刷し、スキャンして変換する方法も試しましたがやはり文字化けしてしまって使えませんでした。原因がなにかわかりません。

Customizing of DocumentCloud-Landingpage
In the navigation menu on the documentcloud-website (https://documentcloud.adobe.com) there is the possibility to reach downloads and mobile apps at 'Apps'. I would be nice to have the possibility to customize the landingpage and hide the 'apps' tab, to avoid endusers downloading the stuff. Our end-users don't have any adminrights on their devices and therefore this tab is annoying and is resulting in tickets from endusers.
