Please provide the following information. You can post a new idea or search for ideas already submitted.

For a new feature request:

  1. Brief title
  2. Description of desired feature
  3. Why the feature is needed

For a new bug:

  1. Brief title
  2. Steps to reproduce the issue
  3. Environment (OS, other related application versions, etc.)
  4. Expected result
  5. Observed result

  3. pdf sıkıştırmada tahmini pdf boyutu ve sıkıştırılan pdf boyutu uyuşmuyor arasında çok fazla fark çıkıyor, 26mb tahmin edilen dosya sıkıştırma sonrası 55 mb oldu

  4. All I want to do is convert a Word document to a PDF, That has always been easy and free, but now your trying to make me buy an expensive package I neither want or need, Most annoying!!!!!

  5. I have canceled my account but It charged my account $20. I need a refund could you please assist me with this?

    It said that Access to your plan will end immediately. and I cancelled it. I dont know what is the problem

  6. when ever i try typing it sets the font to Adobe Pi Std even though i change it to the font i wont. it switches back for some reason. and is really really annoying

  8. Its way to hard to log in with texts and numbers and other verifications. Took me 15 minutes. Only to find Im on trial. Im not on trial I pay my fees and this happens every time. Its the worst software I have used.
    Then I cant fill out my document on time.

  11. My Acrobat interface continually fades to gray and does not allow me access to any controls. It is frustrating and so annoying!!! WTH?? Its almost like it's locking me out for not being signed in, but I clearly am!!

  14. The program is not working... spinner turns infinitely. Only option seems to be restart PC over and over again. This is totally unacceptable

  17. I applied for a premium adobe Acrobat which I now have to pay for as every time I try to cancel it says I dont have an account. Why are you taking money from me if I dont have an account. I know have to report this as fraud

    Thank you for your feedback. Currently, whenever you highlight something, the tool is reset to the Select Tool. However, we have taken your feedback into consideration, and our team is actively working on addressing this issue as a top priority.
