  1. Poor use of notifications

    PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE STOP sending me product notifications. it is one thing to send me a product update being available, but the constant nonsense being spouted by Adobe cloud is not helpful, and distracting.

    Utterly pointless that sent me to a web page for editing a pdf. - WTH

    WHY!!!!????

    you're confusing the **** out of me every time I log in! it asks me to upgrade to pro?
    I did that! when will it stop trying to sell me **** and actually help me work?
    I have pro! when the **** will the progra,m act like it? i ****** hat3 this electronic world It a bunch of ******* invasive ********!

  5. Complaint

    Well, I decided to quit the installation of Acrobat. …
    Reason: I … hate … to have to type in each **** character for a password. … My passwords are random and usually contain over 15 characters. … I despise the fact that I can not copy and paste from my Word file. … This is ********!!!

  6. Adding more than one template

    Please can we attach more than one template to an e-sign document! We used to be able to attach a few, whereas now I get an error message when I try to attach more that one. This will hugely influence whether our company can continue to use Adobe!

  8. Program is getting worse not better

    Your program doesn't work anymore!

    I select Request e-signatures and then get one of the many pages I want to bring over and it goes immediately into add email and name mode and ready to send.... but I need to add 6 more pages. I go in to EDIT and try to add pages and it brings them in but I can't read the tiny thumbnails to confirm they are the right pages. Then I say save and I get two errors at the bottom of the page.

    This program has only gotten worse since I first started with it.…

  9. worst update to an already working system

    why has adobe changed the way e signatures can be sent this has all changed and is a lot longer to send

  12. Feature / Capability missing after update

    I'm guessing you recently in the last few days did an update to the E-Signature feature. In my opinion, you significantly broke the product. I have documents where I use "fields" to identify and quickly setup intent. Those no longer work. Here's an example: {{Siges:signer1:signature}}. This used to setup the field without my intervention. I also don't see the ability to
    manage the size / shape of the fields. I now have to drag each and BTW, it's not easy to put the mouse in the EXACT spot you want. I'm very dissatisfied.

    We are sorry you are having trouble with this feature and we appreciate your feedback. In Acrobat web you can go back to the previous version with the following steps:

    1. Click on your profile
    2. Select Settings
    3. In E-signing settings, uncheck the box for "Use the latest version of Request e-signatures"
    4. Click Save and wait for the confirmation toast

    This will apply only to NEW drafts created after changing this setting

    Please let us know more details about this issues.

  13. Read aloud

    Allowing the read aloud on iPads. I can access it on my computer using the online site but an unable to on my tablet or when I download the app. It’s inconsistent and makes the program unreliable.

    Thank you for providing your feedback. We apologize for any inconvenience you may have encountered while using Acrobat Web. Could you please describe the steps you followed? This information will help us reproduce the issue. Were you using a shared file or a personal file? Did the tab remain inactive for an extended period while you were adding comments? Additionally, when posting the comment, did the UI display any errors on the screen?

    Your input will greatly assist us in promptly resolving the issue you are experiencing. Our team is prioritizing the saving issue, and I will provide an update once it is fixed.

  15. Not a fan. Erasing data fom forms.

    The new e sign is not working properly. Whether I have a prefilled form or fill it out in the cloud file, when I click on e signature, the program is inserting text fields in my form and overwriting the data I have typed in. I have sent test forms for signatures and the forms are blank.

    HATE the new format. Has increased the amount of work threefold. Impossible to use. Not easy to use. Makes life difficult. Does not work for me. Will now have to look for another software to get our documents e-signed. No advance warning of this change. Very, very annoyed.

  19. HATE HATE HATE THIS VERSION

    HATE THE NEW ESIGNATURE REQUESTS!!! this section has changed and I cannot work out how to add additional documents to this like the old version used to be able to do. Also where do I add comments and document titles. I really don't like this new format and the 'instructions' and videos are vague and inadequate. Very frustrating!!!

    Hola! Quede enamorada de los diseño 😍 y lo mejor de todo es que captaste mi idea súper bien realmente estoy impresionada y muy contenta

    Primer diseño: me gustaría hacer un cambio de color en el tono rojo me encantaría que la bolsita fuese mas barbie rosita claro, ame el anaranjado. Me parece perfecto el diseño solo que cambiaria ese color y no sabría si afectara con el color de atrás. Esperó haberme explicado bien 🤭

    Segundo diseño: Mi favorito! El tono rosa me gustaría mas suave al igual que el anaranjado para mi esta algo fuerte y no puedo…
