documents are not available, does not work
I can´t see my documents as I usually do it. Are there any issue with the website? Does our account any problem?

This product needs work.
Rarely do I use your E-signature feature that it isn't frustrating. My client gave me an incorrect email address. Today, he contacted me and corrected it, so I added a recipient. IT HASN'T RESENT and there isn't an option to "RESEND".

Could you please let us know the name of the agreement that you encountered this problem so we can investigate? We checked your recent transactions in November and it seems all have been signed except one that has recipient email bounced.

Its good tool to convert from one format to other format, I found it to be very efficent tool

Disgusting and dishonest company that knowingly defraudds people.
YOur companyh is kknowingly cheating people. Y9our reps refuse to refund my money even though your product does not work for most of my pdf files. They say it doesn;t matter if yuor product does not work.

Adobe speed lagging.
Adobe DC documents are moving very slowly where it freeze up frequently. Is there a known internal issue with Adobe as our organization has not been able to resolve.

It would be helpful to have a feature to password protect documents before they are signed. In the event that the email is sent to the wrong

Can't even log in to account I PAY FOR
Your desktop application, would not let me sign out into my other account because it kept prompting me to upgrade or try a free trial.
Seriously? I PAY for the service and can't even log into my PAID ACCOUNT because you guys make it so the only option is to upgrade the current account. No option to change accounts, NOTHING in terms of FAQs or help for this.
Honestly amazes me a company like adobe can't figure this out. So simple, HAVING PAID USERS ABLE LOG INTO THEIR ACCOUNTS WITH OUT BEING BLOCKED BY A "GIVE ME MORE MONEY" dialogue.

Interface issues
When is Adobe going to upgrade this badly designed and built piece of rubbish?
The page takes over a minute to load properly before I can do anything. The interface is slow and clunky (maybe implement drag and drop?). It feels like I'm taking a great leap backwards to 1993.

Product gotten worse over time
This whole "pay per Adobe feature" that used to exist for free in previous versions really sucks. I'm disappointed in your product and will not be purchasing anything, instead it will just cost me effort to find free workarounds onine

Slow response for Signors approvers
Receiver of E-sign request is experience errors ("Network Error") and perceived slowness in switching to Management screen after signing documents and loading documents.
I understand there may be issues with Firewall and other security applications in place that could limit throughput, but Esign is an important service for enterprises and would hope some promotion to white-list appropriate websites providing this service would be communicated.1 voteHi,

I only show one activated device, yet Adobe tells me that I have too many activated devices? How do I fix this?
