Upsetting Cancellation Fee
I needed adobe for one month, and was charged a large cancellation fee when I cancelled my plan. This is upsetting and a horrible way to attract future customers. Please fix your business model.

Missed Opportunity of convenience
Discovered on the acrobat.adobe.com/link/home page I can drag and drop files onto the desired tool to begin the process (Request e-signature.)
After the request is completed though, it seems like a missed opportunity that the similar frame on the confirmation page does not have that functionality.1 vote -
Page freezes when trying to edit text
Each time I open a file and select edit, it does not allow me to make changes and ends up saying the page can not reload.

Cancel my subscription for the hundredth time
I keep getting emails to pay for a plan I asked ages ago to be cancelled!!! Will you please CANCEL it, you can clearly see I do NOT use it as it corrupts some of files.

Misleading Information
You say we can rotate pdf pages for free then don't allow us to even view the pdf without paying 10 !!!!!!! dollars a month? Adobe is such a horrid company, and it should not list misleading information to try and trick people into signing up for an overpriced buggy software subscription.

AdobeSign Signing In
I want to access AdobeSign. I want to send and manage via Adobe Sign site. I have been trying to access the site for over 2 hours and keep getting route back to this stupid acrobat.adobe.com/link/home page and I have never hated adobe so much.

I cannot combine my files using your free tool because i keep getting the popup that i need to subscribe but it's free so i don't understand why i keep getting that pop up and it wont allow me to bypass to use the tool.

Decent grader tool. The eraser didn't always work and some of the information didn't save when downloaded, so I had to rely on screenshots.
I think if you leave the document for a while, the changes you make when you return are not saved, and if you refresh, you will lose everything. I ended up having to take a couple screenshots to add to the download because a couple pages of marking would not download/save.

I uploaded my .jpg file to "Convert JPG to PDF", but it says format is not supported for conversion

Transparency complaint
I’ve just cancelled my account. I signed up for a $14.99 plan and suddenly you’re billing me $16.04. That’s not a big difference but I don’t like the lack of transparency and accountability on your part. If you have anything to say use my gmail account.

Fix it!!
You seem to have changed my plan so I can't send files the way I did in the past. You no longer allow a file to be sent to me or create a link for download
