Device limitations
The device limitation is not suitable for an agency that utilizes multiple devices. Whoever I spoke with said we could up just Adobe Acrobat and that would solve the problem.
We need to have a solution so more than two people can view PDF's at one time without kicking people/devices off.

1) Share the screenshot or description of what exact issue you're facing.
2) If you want that more than two people can view PDF at same time, please refer mentioned steps for sharing a document:
- Navigate to “Your Documents” section
- Select the file you want share. You will see “Share with Others” and “Get a Link” option in right hand pane :
- You can use any of the two options to share your file to others.

Viewing PDF's easily in a browser
I have been trying to figure out when I want to view a PDF file online, how to allow me to view it in Chrome and NOT DOWNLOAD IT EVERY TIME!!!! It's causing me an issue with filling up my hard drive and cloud storage that's to the point I am hating adobe PDF viewer. I am just a person that reads things and doesn't need a full pdf conversion system or signature permissions and can't afford to pay a monthly fee for all the stuff you offer that's perfect for a business.

PWA File handling doesn't work as expected
I have installed Acrobat PWA on Windows from an Edge browser and I wished I could open a PDF document which is stored locally on my machine and luckily, I found the "Open with Acrobat online" option available from the file context menu, YET, when I opened the PDF, it doesn't work as expected and the document does not open. I hope you guys fix this; I'd really appreciate having Acrobat online as my default PDF viewer. Thanks.

Slow upload - unsatiisfactory
Why does you system fail to upload on certain mornings and fail to convert successfully. It is very frustrating as it is this morning and I have superfast broadband.

Limits on Single Use at time Activations is odd
I have multiple computers that I use. So long as only 1 computer may use Acrobat DC Desktop at a time, limiting activation to 2 computers seems unreasonable.

I hope there is a dedicated button to Flatten the PDFs just like in Bluebeam.
Current setup to flatten the pdf is complicated and hard to understand. I hope there is a dedicated button and a simple dialog box to flatten the pdf.

Text/Images lost - only blank pages
for one of my scans, all pages are now blank. cannot see a previous version. Important information lost.

Inefficient screen real estate
The side menu on the mobile app does not allow you to see the pop-up boxes and it hides the activities.

Conversion Issues
I have a plan that allows conversion from Word to PDF. Now it's telling me that I have to buy a plan that I already have purchased and used.

Renaming Documents
I would be much more efficient if users could rename documents while looking at the document (while the file is open) rather than having to go back and rename it in the "your documents" summary page.

Comments disappeared from shared PDF
I made comments before sharing this document and now the comments have disappeared. I can still see the highlights in the page thumbnails on the left, but they're not showing up on the actual pages.

Adobe Acrobat does not work.
I have subscribed to Adobe Acrobat for years and have the app on my desktop, but every time I try to open it , I receive a message that my subscription status cannot be verified. When I sign in and try again, there are no results. When I try to download the app again, I get your "Oops" message. In short, Adobe does not work for me; you just take my money and tell me to go jump.

Undo button
An Undo button is needed, please. This is so common in so many platforms that I'm lazy & reliant on the undo button. Largely because like many of us, I'm overworked anD busy and that means mistake prone. It would be great to be able to undo 3x if possible. However, an Undo 1x button is urgently needed, please.
