Bookmarks icon does not always displayUpon opening a pdf in the document cloud, the Bookmarks icon does not display. If I refresh the webpage (click the "reload this page" button), then it appears. 
 Sometimes I have to reload the page several times before the Bookmark icon displays. This is frustrating, for if my document reviewers do not see the bookmarks, they do not want to review my document (understandably, when a document is well over 200 pages).1 vote

Pro version not even worth a Canadian pennyThis is one of the worst products I can even conceive of. Starting with when you "save" it "compresses" the file and then you can't edit it anymore? Are you freaking kidding me? If the desktop app worked like this you would get ZERO users. As it is, I will never use your online version again. I wouldn't use the so-called "pro" version for 1 penny/year. $20/month is one of the biggest jokes in the industry. I have seen many people share this frustration, and yet you do nothing about it. feed back on website appThis product makes it so hard to do simple tasks! It does not accept all PDF file formats. Online Acrobat won't compress fileAfter compressing one PDF using the acrobat.adobe.com online service, I'm unable to compress anymore files, I get a pop-up that is trying to sell me Acrobat Pro. 1 vote

Keeps crashingI have used Acrobat before but as soon as I signed up for Acrobat Pro it all went to ****. I am unable to do a single thing on here, i cannot even review my plan or access my settings and the link i received in my email when i signed up does not even work i get a 404 error code. This is ridiculous I am at work trying to get stuff done and the features I just paid for are unavailable to me at the moment i need them. This was very disappointing. 1 vote

PDF resize not working, not accessibleThe menu in edit mode says 'resize' but there's no resize available only crop. Why is it so difficult to find an editor that will competently resize PDF pages. Your Pro desktop cannot resize some PDF, notably ones sent from the police [various sizes]... very very frustrating. I wonder if Chinese/UK gov software, FOXIT, can do it as proven in v 13 beta? Can North America please try to be a little bit competitive? It doesn't hurt to work hard and take responsibility. You don't even need to be a Republican! Won't load to allow editingThis application is terrible! It worked great for an hour. Now it won't load my pdfs let alone allow me to edit them. All Documents GoneAll of my files in the Document Cloud obtained via Adobe Scan have disappeared. I required some very important, time-sensitive files, which to my dismay were suddenly missing. This is not a problem I have ever had before and I am baffled. The files are not in my Previous Scans in Adobe Scan, even in the All Scans section. The files are not in the Document Cloud, whether in the Adobe Scan Folder or otherwise. The files are not in the trash. The files are not in any of the Creative Cloud folders. Improvement of UX for renaming in documents lists-viewWhen I have scanned new documents on the mobile, the first thing I want to do is renaming the documents. As this is much more effective and faster I want to do this via Desktop Browser (or in the Windows File-Explorer if I could access the acrobat-cloud directly). To be able to define a proper filename I need to see a preview to know what was scanned. Therefore a preview-pane in the documents list-view would be useful to avoid switching to detail-view for every document. Best regards,
