   There seems to be a mistake in the money you have been taking from me.

   All I required from Adobe is the ability to e-sign agreements.

   At the moment you are taking £19.97 monthly and are now proposing to take a further £21.14 incl. VAT as per your below notice. I have also for the last three years been paying annually £125.02. I am totally confused as to why this is. Is it possible there are three licences I am paying for or a mixture of Adobe products that I don’t require. Either way this has to come to an end.

   I will firstly give you the opportunity of an explanation.

2. SLOW

   your system worked pretty fast while i was on the free trial, but now that Im paying for it, I can't get it to do anything. ITs SUPPER SLOW to the point of being pointless to use. It sucks.

7. Text/Numbers Altered

   Had a recent issue occur multiple times with a document sent for review and signature. The text/numbers change on the signer's end. Only way to catch this is to download the document and reopen it. Anyone else have this issue?

10. Poor UI logic

    I wasn't logged in and was able to merge a PDF. The next time I tried it, it prompted me to login before giving me the merged PDF. When I logged in the merged document was gone. Why would you do that?

14. This product needs work.

    Rarely do I use your E-signature feature that it isn't frustrating. My client gave me an incorrect email address. Today, he contacted me and corrected it, so I added a recipient. IT HASN'T RESENT and there isn't an option to "RESEND".

    Could you please let us know the name of the agreement that you encountered this problem so we can investigate? We checked your recent transactions in November and it seems all have been signed except one that has recipient email bounced.

18. Disgusting and dishonest company that knowingly defraudds people.

    YOur companyh is kknowingly cheating people. Y9our reps refuse to refund my money even though your product does not work for most of my pdf files. They say it doesn;t matter if yuor product does not work.

19. Adobe speed lagging.

    Adobe DC documents are moving very slowly where it freeze up frequently. Is there a known internal issue with Adobe as our organization has not been able to resolve.

20. Be able to search the comments by keywords

    It would be great if you could search the comments. We do proofing on documents, and there are often 100+ comments, each with a comment chain beneath it. The email notifications don't take you directly to the comment. If you could search by keyword, that could help a person locate the comment that they're looking for.
