  1. Acrobat Pro DC forced software update when trying to use the program

    Could you please change the way Acrobat Pro DC does software updates? If I'm in a rush to look at a document and Acrobat just sits there doing a software update, it gets annoying. Please do software updates like other software companies do it: open the program, let the user use the old version and have a popup displayed which tells the user that an update is available so they can update when it is more suitable or they can schedule an update.

  2. Adobe DC PRO & Standard DC download fix

    Adobe DC PRO is what I signed up and subscribed for, yet just bought a new lapto, went to do the install & instead of DC PRO, I received plain standard ADOBE DC ? ,, Also the printer driver wasn't and isn't included automatically during the install process so the customers manually has to install like now, I have found myself attempting to do same to resolve this ongoing apparent issue with your software. Yes I am trying the repair installation hopeful it will resolve itself, doubtful though due to the need to give instructions to customers seeking resolution to…

  3. POOR

    I tried converting move to mp4, it was successfully converted and was asked to sign in before I could download the mp4 content but as soon as I signed in the content was lost. Bullocks. Wasted my 40 minute waiting.

  4. Current page changing unexpectedly

    Using Adobe Acrobat web. Whenever I load a pdf that I had been previously reading, it loads the page that I last left on, then in 5-10 seconds, it changes pages automatically and jumps ahead by a significant number of pages. It behaves almost like there's a page syncing issue that it doesn't realize it has the correct page already loaded from my previous reading session then tries to update the page forward, erroneously.

  8. Edit text download keeps freezing

    There is a problem with uploading file when it is being dragged and dropped into the edit field. I can only upload a file by clicking edit on my recent downloads that are found towards the bottom of the page.

  14. Unhelpful tips for you

    Why is it impossible to batch convert .docx files to separate PDF files using desktop Acrobat DC? Instead I have to upload them to your cloud portal, which poses security risks, and then individually download them once they're converted. Your new UI is also atrocious. Who decided to hide all the tools behind icons/menus. It's impossible to find anything. Take a hint from BlueBeam and copy from them while you're still afloat.

  16. Date field not working properly when Polish user interface is set.

    Date field not working in Polish Acrobat Reader DC, Acrobat Pro 2020, Acrobat Pro DC and probably many others similar to those mentioned here. Calendar does not pop up after clicking on date field when user interfaces language is Polish. When user interface language is set to English date field work properly.

  17. Too many fonts

    I know that in some of your apps there is the capability to prioritize the most frequently used fonts. This would be very helpful in Acrobat as well. I am not a heavy user and only occasionally modify PDF files. But when I do, it would be nice to either not look at dozens of fonts, some in languages I don't speak, by being able to hide them, or at least be able to have the fonts I use most listed first.

  18. Take away your cancelationfee

    **** your cancel-fee. Did my 14 days trial for a 1 time signing and then i forgot it ofc. That you put it on a annual plan with monthly pay with a cancel fee on 810kr (89$) is just ******* evil. Like my ******* ADD-diagnose dont cost me enough as it is. Thanks. But no thanks, will never use your **** again. I know its my responsibilty to read and remember everything, but set it as a monthly plan so you just have to pay 10-20 bucks when you forget instead of a ******* 100$. But hey, you got to…

  20. downloading combined files to desktop is difficult

    You have changed this program so that I can no longer easily combine pdf files and then rename and save the combined file to my desktop. It is very disappointing to sometimes see the download icon and then it disappears. this used to be a good product. Now it wastes way too much time.

    Hi Bobbi,


    Thanks for reaching out to us and apology for the trouble. If you want to rename the file, you can do that by clicking on pencil icon appears at the top bar with file name text box. Please refer to attached screen.

    For downloading file to desktop, after your files will be combined and you can download it from download icon appears at top right corner. Snreen attached.


    Let me know if you still face issues in using combine.
