Free Online Tools x Basic Membership
I've a basic account for photography and I noticed that in order to do some PDF operations (to use the tools) I need to log out to be able to use some free tools available online for free for everyone (that is not logged in with a basic account). I imagine that this is to force us to upgrade the plan, which I unfortunately can't afford, and if I could I'd choose 'small pdf' that does the same and is cheaper. Not working - encrypted or corrupt
Cannot edit/organize any pdf. Seems to consider all files to be encrypted or corrupted.

E-signature preferences
Dear Madam, Dear Sir,
Please allow me to adapt my preferences in such a way so the metric system is standard and that the box "Recipients must sign in order" is always ticked. Other preferences like the choice of British English would be very much appreciated as well.

Compression not working
I can't compress a file, unless I choose the highest compression (which looks terrible). So what am I paying for if your tools don't work?

To log out of Acrobat Web, please follow the steps below:
- Click on the avatar icon located at the top right corner.
- After clicking, a menu list will appear. Select the last option titled "Sign out" from the menu.
- You will be successfully logged out of your account.

this product is not intuitive at all. desk top version is easier and quicker. very unhappy and would not recommend.

Add Columns

Needs a lot of improvement.
The search tab needs to be revised because I input what I need to search, down to the exact file name and a million other documents appear first before the one I need. Also not sure why they took down the "apply to other pages" for the signature tab because now I have to manually add it to my 20-page contracts which is a hassle and annoying. This interface needs to improve drastically.

Also, if you right click the field you want to apply to other pages, you will se a menu with options like in the image attached where the fourth option is Repeat field on all pages

Mandatory to share a link vs attach
I have tried every solution to stop getting a link when I try and share a PDF (I want it to attach) and nothing works! It looks like all the issues are due to the document cloud but there is no obvious way to turn that terrible feature off!!! I have the boxes unchecked under preferences and I've changed the settings in my outlook under add ons. This is awful!

Bad new interface
The August 2023 update where the interface was completely changes is horrible. The old interface was intuitive, and the new interface is not only not intuitive but disrupts formerly efficient workflow. Bring back the old user interface - we are paying customers.

Poor Quality Conversions PDF to JPEG
Converting A1 PDF to JPEG.
I used the Adobe online tool, which I pay a monthly subscription for. I used the highest quality setting possible however the words are unreadable. I then use a free service iLovePDF.com and it coverts with supperior quality and results.
I question why I am paying for a Adobe subscription....

Improvements requested
In the web browser for Adobe Sign, I want to see my signature requests with a filter for what's completed and what's still outstanding, that way I can easily see where I need to set up reminders for signers.
In Acrobat, or later in the web browser for Adobe Sign, I want to be able to edit my message to signers if I need to make a correction or add information.

would switch to another application if available as Acrobat Pro has become inefficient
I use the Acrobat Pro application infrequently for mission critical purposes. Used to simply launch the application and run it on my local machine. Now I spend 15 minutes each time trying to remember how to launch something in the cloud. Inefficient. Do not like to store my data in the cloud on some other company's file server so I spend more time moving the file from cloud storage to local storage and deleting the file from cloud storage. not impressed or happy in any manner.
