8. Cancel Account

   I spent some time on your website yesterday trying to sign up for EchoSign. My company used it years ago and would like to again. I followed all the prompts and paid $318.62 for a year subscription. However, now that I am in it - I don't think I signed up for the right thing. I don't need storage and collaboration. When I try to get into Adobe Sign it looks like I can only have one user - even the program I purchased said 2-9 people.

   I just want echosign. and what I am seeing on my screen is insanely confusing. If I did not purchase the correct program, I would appreciate it if you would cancel my membership and subscription and refund my card.

   Thank you for posting. If you click on Shared for Viewing on the left hand side you’ll see a list of all the files you’ve shared. Is there something in that view that you aren’t ale to do or find difficult to do?

10. Poor UI management; page crashes due to "plugin issues" if I leave it for more than 5 minutes. Can't delete templates or erroneous docs.

    I need to be able to delete both erroneously created templates, as well as documents. /link/home for document cloud is stacking up and it's becoming messy.

11. backwards Hebrew file names

    Hello.
    File names in Hebrew have a backwards character order. First few chars are ok, but the next ones are backwards.

    We identified and corrected an issue that was affecting uploads of large files.

    the converting tool from pdf to excel ist useless because the result is e.g. that dates are converted in characters an not in numbers!!!!

15. Unable to read pdf from documentcloud.adobe.com account

    I am unable to read the document on from my account on the documentcloud.abobe.com.

    I have a message o the following effect
    "Please wait...

    if this message is not eventually replace by the proper contents of the document, you PDF viewer...."

    (but I can read the same document from my laptop using adobe acrobat reader DC )

16. I do not find your latest UX/UI update to be an improvement. What is better about it? I am lost by things being moved.

    I am constantly lost with this re-design. I can't figure out how to send the most basic things. I have saved templates with custom text. Where did that go?

    Is it no longer possible to create widgets?
    I haven't been able to find out how to do that on the new interface.
    Please bring widgets back or make it easier to create a new one, because I can't seem to figure out how to do that!

18. Terrible UPDATE

    When looking what still pending signature, I can only do this for about 10 minute before it times out then have to log out and back in again. This is ridiculous, why can this not just be refreshed??? I have tried different browsers and incognito mode in case it was the extensions and this still is not working as it should be!!

    Please allow to revert to previous experience.
