  1. I would like a mechanism that will notify admins of updates/patches for offline products.

User case: An admin I know had a nightmare of multiple versions of Reader and Acrobat spread all over their networks. There was nothing that allowed the user to know what version was on what station. This is over a 200+ computer and laptop network.

The Request: We would like a way to have an automated process within the product to prompt for updates for an Offline version of Adobe Acrobat. maybe even a reminder per Quarter Q1, Q2, Q3, Q4 to check your version of…

  2. the signin option via PC applications is a loop that never ends

no browsers ever work, and no alternate options are offered to sign in. For a paid product this is quite frustrating.

Furthermore, when the pop up window is closed - the entire program is shut down, making reading PDFs in "free mode" not a feasible options either.

    Please assist.

  3. Not having the ability to utilize the 64bit versions of Pro and Reader is enraging and short sighted. People who develop PDFs need the ability to test them in Reader as the vast majority of users install Reader. There are also use cases where it is impractical to be consistently signed in, which then means you can no longer utilize PDFs at all. This is dumb and how it did not occur to your product team boggles the imagination. Please either restore the ability to use both products on the same machine, or at the very least allow access to…

  6. I would like to request the ability to set up a scheduled daily or weekly report that would email me a .csv list of my users with the products that are assigned to them. I currently have to log into my Admin Console and download this report, but and automated report, even in the form of an email notification indicating that my report is ready to download, would be very useful. thanks

  7. The PDF Recovery Tool is a one-stop solution to retrieve your lost PDF file data. This utility allows recovering corrupted and damaged PDF Files. Furthermore, it offers two modes of recovery: standard mode and advanced mode. The software works with multiple versions of Windows OS and PDF files generated by Adobe Acrobat variants.

  8. I just started by 7 day trial! And BOY am I hating this **** thing! I cannot even INSTALL things! It is permanently either downloading or installing or upgrading. Simple things like if I added a video file I can NEVER delete or move it! BIZARRE! I cannot see videos (I can only hear sound) I added in the Adobe Acrobat - DC, yet my wife who has only Adobe Reader can see the videos. Bizarre!

  9. It would be useful if Registered products listed on Adobe Account could be named by computer/user etc. (had to choose some product and category to be able to send this idea, but the idea doesn't really concern about Acrobat, but the Adobe Account which wasn't on the list)

  10. Most people are forced to have several log-ins with adobe creative cloud for personal, work and/or school as most do not need to utilize all programs from Adobe for personal use. It is extremely inconvenient to only be able to be in to one account at a time. I use Adobe Acrobat Pro for work (homebased business) but I also use Photoshop for Personal use, therefore, I have two completely separate cloud logins and must go through all the steps to completely logout of one and log in to the other just to open a program installed on my laptop.…

  11. Before an update is rolled out, third-party providers, e.g. for plugins, must be informed in advance about the content of the update so that there can't be any production downtimes!

  12. I'm frustrated that I pay every month to have a license for Adobe DC as part of my bundle of Adobe products and it is unstable, unreliable and full of bugs. Today, when opening up the program I was notified that my trial for DC had ended - HOWEVER, I am not on a trial, I am on year #4 of my paid subscription!! Now, features I had are gone, the Prepare Form function no longer works, I cannot create fillable PDFs (a service I get paid to do!)

How can I justify paying every month for something that does…

  13. There is no software and no access after purchasing this software through the link https://documentcloud.adobe.com/link/home/

A receipt came from u-bill uplink not from adobe and the software doesnt work after downloading. Stills requires upgrade even after purchasing. I request investigation and full refund.
Also, I did not select to add any of the optional features yet i was charged for many of them. Dodgy scam!!!!

  15. We use Adobe Acrobat DC on physical Clients and on virtual Citrix VDI Desktops. Users now have often this terrible activation Limit popup box and have to logoff from connected devices behind.

This is a Know Issue which makes is nearly unusable to work with Adobe Acrobat DC on this two envirements together.

    https://www.adobe.com/devnet-docs/acrobatetk/tools/VirtualizationGuide/citrix.html#known-issues-common-to-virtual-installs

    Adobe Enterprise Case: E-000328688

Please can you change this License activation Limit restriction in another technical solution?
A solution witch allows us to use Adobe Acrobat DC on physical Clients and Citrix VDI Desktop without this popup box always?

There should be another technical way to…

  16. I spent several hours customizing my work space (toolbars and preferences). Unfortunately, I had to reinstall Acrobat Pro DC. To my dismay, once reinstalled all my customizations were gone and I had to redo them all. There should be a way to save all customizations and implement them should a reinstall be necessary. It would be nice to have them all in one file that could be stored either on my computer or in my cloud account.

  17. Why in the actual **** do I have to sign into Adobe a) every time I open it, b) multiple times throughout the day, c) when I've been working in it and suddenly I have to sign in again. It is THE MOST ANNOYING thing ever, especially when in a meeting or on a call and need to pull up a PDF just to have to sign in. I don't understand why I have to sign in every day but I could excuse it. What I don't excuse is having to do it multiple times a day. Infuriating.

  18. I want to download Adobe Acrobat Pro/Reader DC from Mac App Store, because App Store is the place where we can install apps without anxiety, and its auto update is much more convenient, and it can let us purchase the app much easier, especially for students.

  19. Trying to sign into Adobe fails ALL THE TIME. I've had to uninstall and reinstall the application multiple times, which doesn't resolve the issue. I've had Adobe Tech Support do the same thing, without resolving the issue. The sign in is broken beyond all acceptable levels of frustration.

Click the sign-in text on far right, nothing happens. Click it from the Help menu and get "Initializing registration... Please retry after a minute." Close that popup and Adobe crashes. EVERY TIME.

  20. With enterprise deployment of Adobe Acrobat. It would be nice to have silent or SSO activation when opening Adobe Acrobat the first time that way the person maybe just has to input email address if anything at all and be done. We are using User Named Licensing. We have 4500+ people and trying to have them understand all they need to do is type in their email address and tab to Enterprise is not easy. They try to enter email and password which doesn't always work and then get into a confusing process. This produces alot of extra calls to…
