  1. Adobe Prepare forms should be able to read the fields created in Microsoft Word using the developer tool for content controls. Currently Adobe prepare form does not recognize the fields from a developed Word document and this prevents creating a fillable form as advertised for the current Adobe Pro DC product.

  2. I need Adobe Reader DC on Ubuntu, because it's the only pdf reader who can open and edit pdf files with forms (xml embeeded).
I am forced to use Windows only for this application: Adobe Reader. And only to fill in a pdf tax form and send it to my local administration.
Maybe there is a way to create a payed version of Adobe Reader for Linux users.
    Thank you!

  3. Adobe should have a selection of basic template similar to those Microsoft has (or had). Suggestions include basic business forms, cards, and calendars. I thought Adobe already had these but was told by a chat person that you do not. They said I needed to make my own. Thanks for considering this.

  4. When I created a form in Excel, and tried to Convert to PDF, the borders around the cells show up as various weights. Please add a tool that can make the weights uniform.

  5. I need to send in CMS-1500 forms on a regular basis. I would like a template to be able to do this. The only thing that has to change on the form are some of the dates and payment amounts. Can I use a template, fill in some of the fields, send to sign and then recover the template for the next use.

  6. Please allow us to make our own 'inner margins' for textboxes when we create fillable PDF forms... the automatic margins you've set inside the textbox option are not useful and deletes our ability to collect as much information as possible on our forms... please stop 'dumbing down' your product. :) thank you

  7. Currently image fields that users can upload images to are always rectangular. For aesthetic reasons this is not always desirable. For example, in some designs boxes with rounded corners or circles would work better. An option to add a corner radius to the field would improve the visual look.

  8. Currently this is possible through workarounds, but it would be nice if Acrobat natively supported embedding the fonts used in forms, so when users type in the form field, their typed text appears in the designated font face.

(This essentially means bringing Acrobat up to par with online web-based HTML forms with embedded fonts using CSS.)

  10. Why is there now easily found method of adjusting the font size or to allow for text wrapping in a form I am filling out. It's maddening I pay for a service that doesn't clearly lay out preferences for this.

I am entering text into a fillable form and it disappears beyond the text box. I want the information to be readable for whomever wants to see the information, not have it appear as cut off words.

  15. When converting a .pdf into a fillable form ('Prepare Form') please create an option to set properties so that Acrobat will always apply my preferred properties as the default.

It is inefficient to always convert the font and other properties to the settings I prefer for the forms I design.

I am aware I can set defaults for fields once the form is prepared and then duplicate this in a given form. I am also aware that I can multiple-select fields and change the properties for a group. However, I'd like a more efficient default-setting option, please.

    EG: I use…

  17. Splitting pages in separate documents without saving it, but just open them in adobe PDF tabs.
Saving them would be so much easier if you can see the document and save it with the right name. At the moment you have to split the document, then open a doc to see wich paige it contains, then close the doc, then change the name and at the end replace it in the right document map.
The is a VERY time-consuming process while filing documents with 20 pages. It should be an easy fix.

  19. We are using adobe forms, have many form fields.

When you copy multipe fields using copy and past from one page to the other one, in many case form fields totally get out of place. The is a bug in our oppinion and make the tool total unusable for us, because we have lot of work creating new forms based on old ones.
somehow the bug is related to the fact, if there are fields on the target page.
of course we are using the latest adobe version on the lastet apple operation system.
