  1. Is there a way to pin the Certificates toolbar, or at least the Digitally Sign button?

Each time I go to sign a document, I have to go into "More Tools" on the right hand side, and then click on Certificates.

  2. I hope Adobe will re-think the requirement to sign in after an update is applied to Acrobat. From an enterprise change management perspective we are required to notify 4k+ users every time we need to update Acrobat, that's a whole lot of email just because they will have to sign in again. 99 days makes a whole lot more sense. Let whatever cookie is set persist across updates please!

  4. So, it would be nice to be able to save a PDF with markup. It would be super helpful if rather than a blank unresponsive box, hitting save simply let me save a file. I've seen other programs do this, hopefully this is something Adobe can look into!

  5. Whoever had the dumb idea to default to single page view should be fired immediately, then the person who though that it should default back after another selection is made should be fired as well.

  6. If I "Zoom to Page Level" a document in portrait orientation, the calculated zoom factor is a little bit too high and leaves a few pixel in the document height not to show. Hence, you have to press the page down key twice to get to the next page (same with page up and previous page).

  7. If you go from document to document stamping, you have to open the stamp toolbar every time. It would be useful to be able to add a particular stamp to the quick tools or to be able to keep the stamp toolbar open and not have to keep opening it.

  8. I would like to be able to put very specific tools on the home page, such as Bates numbering, Redact, or OCR. Not just the Edit Icon but very specifically an icon that will go straight into Bates. Four clicks are too many when you work in law firm and are using Bates constantly.

I see now the "Recommended" tools, and I expected those to "learn" which tools I used the most, but I haven't seen that yet.

  9. I use Acrobat extensively, and have a recurring problem that is driving me nuts.

Often, if I close a file or take some action that throws up a dialog box, the dialog box will be placed behind another active window and I can't get to it. As a result, I can't take action on the dialog box and the program is effectively locked.

Example: I have six PDF tabs open. I closed a file. It threw off a dialog box, which I can't see, but which presumably asked me if I want to save changes. But that box is behind…

  13. A "Narrator" feature added to documents, files, and forms. This would allow users with impaired vision to interact with Windows, and Mac in a way that isn't commonly found. In this way, languages may be learned as well.

  14. Please please give us an option to remove the terrible "Try Acrobat PC Pro" blue button in the tabs bar. There is already more than enough ads for it everywhere: in the tools sidebar on the right, on the home screen, etc.

This button is taking up so much space that could be used to show more tabs! I'm so used to using Adobe and I like it but I think I will switch to another reader if this button is not removed. I even tried installing an older version of acrobat (which was a pain just to find it)…

  15. Hi Adobe,

Mostly I am using Acrobat to check Output. I am total angry because Acrobat doesn't remember my last window setting. I have to always to click 'Print Productions' button and - it is the most boring - I have to always click to smart triangle at left mid to open left sidebar and have to click to open Page thumbnails.

Acrobat should remember the last state or some setting menu to turn on my favourite window layout..

    Very thx

  16. Even though it vanishes after a few seconds, the new menu bar that pops up every time I use the "pan" tool is very annoying. Why in the world is it not easier to remove the pop-up option? I'd like to dock it, remove it, whatever. When I'm panning through a document that's several hundred pages and have to wait a few seconds every time I use that pan tool, it's not only annoying but reduces productivity.

  18. When I click "save as" it takes me to an intermediate window where I can pick a folder or cloud location to save in. This window is a complete waste of a window because the next window serves the same function. In the second window I can also choose a folder. Please provide a means to turn this window off. It will save time for your customers. To make thinks simple, you can add the creative cloud option to the Quick access section.

  19. My adobe acrobat pro is paid by a company who requires me to write a report for them (paid per document) while my adobe photography plan is personal subscription.

It's not easy to switch between accounts in Photoshop but worse in Adobe Acrobat. If you are currently login with your other account. the options are only: "Buy, Try for free, or Quit." Why there isn't "sign in with different account" or at least an option to sign out>> sign-in as in Photoshop welcome page?

  20. Since Christmas is coming, this is my wish.

I work in Acrobat DC Pro daily for multiple projects. Each project has multiple PDF files.

I use tabs within a Window. So my "Open Documents as new tabs in the same Window" is selected.

What I wish for is to be able to have TWO Adobe windows open, each with their own tabbed PDF files. Thus, I would be able to have one project window open and have tab access for all PDFs for that project. The second Acrobat window would have a second set of PDFs, all listed in the…
