  2. When I click "save as" it takes me to an intermediate window where I can pick a folder or cloud location to save in. This window is a complete waste of a window because the next window serves the same function. In the second window I can also choose a folder. Please provide a means to turn this window off. It will save time for your customers. To make thinks simple, you can add the creative cloud option to the Quick access section.

  3. My adobe acrobat pro is paid by a company who requires me to write a report for them (paid per document) while my adobe photography plan is personal subscription.

It's not easy to switch between accounts in Photoshop but worse in Adobe Acrobat. If you are currently login with your other account. the options are only: "Buy, Try for free, or Quit." Why there isn't "sign in with different account" or at least an option to sign out>> sign-in as in Photoshop welcome page?

  4. Since Christmas is coming, this is my wish.

I work in Acrobat DC Pro daily for multiple projects. Each project has multiple PDF files.

I use tabs within a Window. So my "Open Documents as new tabs in the same Window" is selected.

What I wish for is to be able to have TWO Adobe windows open, each with their own tabbed PDF files. Thus, I would be able to have one project window open and have tab access for all PDFs for that project. The second Acrobat window would have a second set of PDFs, all listed in the…

  5. On Acrobat's Home page, selecting "My Computer" shows the 5 most recently used folders. It would be more helpful if this was doubled to 10.

  6. I waste so much time going through your three-step process when I only want to email a document. Please return to the one-step capability and either shrink or allow hiding of the widely hated big blue SHARE button. It takes up so much space it prevents me from being able to see the tools I actually need to use. This is a daily annoyance.

  7. Please allow diable of the HOME/TOOLS startup screen. I have disabled it in the preferences and it is still there on launch. This is a very unprofessional looking feature and is extremely annoying to professional users like me.

  9. When there are multiple PDFs open, it is difficult to tell which one is the active tab. I suggest a Preference option to use a different color for the active tab or have Acrobat do this by default; I doubt anyone would complain.

  12. By productizing every feature, over engineering the UI. Adobe has rendered Acrobat DC effectively unuseable.

    Congratulations

  13. I constantly create PDF's all day long. There used to be a way to have a button for Create a Scanned PDF Using Custom Scanner Setting. That button would be on the home screen when you opened adobe. The button is still there because I created it. However, when I open Adobe, I have to click Tools then Create PDF for the button to appear. I click this same button at least 100 times or more a day. Is there a way/there should be a way to customize the home screen so that instead of seeing recent files, you see…

  15. I would like, for example, to be able to call acrobat pro with a command line saying things like open these two files and text compare, close if compare equal. I appreciate that this is almost a macro task ... But why not create a macro language that allows programmers to extract value from their investment in your product.

  16. When using Acrobat Pro DC (Win 10) on a smaller screen (or lower resolution) and accessing a larger dialog box that displays a vertical scroll bar on the right (one example would be the General category dialog box under Edit|Preferences) the mouse scroll wheel has no affect and does not scroll the dialog box. The manual scroll bar does still work, but still annoying that the scroll wheel does not in these situations.

  17. Adobe Acrobat Pro DC crashed, grey screen then windows error window when user moved one of her tabs into a new window on a different screen. on a terminal server with multiple screens.
I have attached the error codes. Very intermittent. This has happened once or twice before but is not readily reproducible.

  18. Adobe Acrobat Reader DC seems to have a problem finding which of my multi-monitors is my primary display. We should have an option to set our primary display either manually or determined by the PC system.

I have two monitors: one is my laptop built-in display and another one is my external monitor (connected via VGA cable). My PC system sets the built-in display as the primary display and the external monitor as the secondary display, I set my PC Windows 10 system in the extended display mode.

However, whenever I open any PDF file, my PC system opens Adobe…

  19. It would be GREAT if, when multiple PDFs are selected and opened all at once, Acrobat could SORT them as Windows sorts them in File Explorer. Each Client has multiple documents OVER TIME and we name the PDFs so they'll sort chronologically in File Explorer but once loaded into Acrobat, their filename tabs are all scrambled up across the top of the Acrobat window and with the filenames not real easy to see it's very LABORIOUS to un-scramble them ... :-(

  20. I have to disable ourselves wheel zooming every time I launch Adobe Acrobat Pro DC version 2020.012.20041. The program seems to "remember" most user preferences but not this one. It is frustrating.
