Copy PDFs within Document Cloud
It would be great if from within Adobe Document Cloud we could make copies of PDFs. Currently the workflow that was described to me from tech support was that I would have to download the PDF then upload another copy.

Upload to cloud is far to slow to be useful
Acrobat cloud service is far too slow to be of any use at all. It is like being on a dial-up connection in the 1980's.

Enable ability to save PDFs in Adobe Scan to One Drive
Many corporations use One Drive in conjunction with Acrobat and Adobe Scan - currently to move an Adobe Scan PDF to One Drive, a user first saves to their default Adobe document cloud account, and then has to download to their computer, and then re-save to One Drive, which is not a bit user/ customer friendly

Admin Feature: Download/Cache All Document Cloud Files
When a user is termed the IT department would like to be able to download a copy of all the Document Cloud files the user has created. As the files only exist in the cloud and no local copy is saved this requires IT to download files manually, with a max of 100mb or 50 files. Please allow files to be cached locally (and thus backed up with the PC) or allow user to download a full copy of their document cloud storage at one time.

Document Cloud cannot download more than 45 docs at a time. And then it loses my work on top of that.
I cannot download a large folder of pdfs (anything more than 45 or 50 is too much) made with Adobe Scan as a zip file. Forget about anything involving sub-folders. I'm digitizing a backlog of expense receipts. And then Document Cloud makes half my work disappear.

We do not keep the file anywhere once it has been deleted. You will not be able to recover the deleted file.

Bug Report - Cannot access Document Cloud Despite being "signed in"
I am signed in and I also tried to do a repair. I cannot get into the document cloud as it says to sign in. The sign in button does not work. The menu sign in/sign out shows I am signed in. Nothing is working and I could really use these documents now.
1 voteMarking the issue as resolved due to no further communication from the user. Please do let us know in case you face any issues in the future.
