  1. When creating fillable fields, if I have previously created a field with multiline formatting, I often encounter a pop-up on subsequent fields if I attempt to create a date format, which tells me that I cannot format a multiline field as "date". In reality, I have not formatted said field as multiline, just a previous field.
    In order to proceed with formatting my date field in this case, I have to enter formatting, and turn multiline ON, then OFF. Then I can go back to date formatting without issue. The same problem will occur multiple times per document if I…

  2. I'm a home user on Windows 11 and have Adobe Acrobat PRO. My wife and I both share the same desktop computer and use Acrobat to digitally sign documents. In order for this to work, we have our own Adobe IDs and in the past I used to sign in to my PRO and she signed in on the Reader. But now since I can't install both, I've been forced to install the older Reader 11 to use for my wife to sign documents, but the signature can only be stored locally because Reader 11 doesn't support Adobe ID sign…

    Greetings !

    This request is with respect to E-000596525 (PDF Annotation - Comments Highlighter).

    We have a request from the client to provide hightlighter for the comments provided by the user against the document content. We have raised a technical support call and got clarified that the functionality is currently unavailable.

    It would be highly appreciable if you could provide us with the new feature.

  9. When converting a PDF it would be nice if 400dpi was an available dpi in the drop down for resolution. We need to convert PDF's to Tiff at 400dpi a lot and we have to manually type it in each time. We are doing this 800+ times per week.

  10. I can no longer save copies of completed/cancelled agreements. It acts like it saves it, but when you go to where you saved it, nothing. It even opens a new copy of the agreement, adding a bunch of symbols and characters to the original file name, but I can't find where it is located. I try a 'save as' on that version and it tells me it can't because the file is already open. This is a huge issue if I can't get final versions out of Adobe and into our company archival system. Please fix asap!

  11. When will Acrobat be able to perform translations in particular from Spanish to English and vice versa?
    With Mexico being America's adjacent neighbor one would expect this to have already been implemented.
    Many paying and non paying corporations and individuals would benefit from this addition.
    There are many requests and upvotes already asking for this feature and it would appear that those who are reading and responding from Adobe to these requests are either not seeing the benefits or don't care or don't deem this as a critical addition which should have already been implemented by now.

  12. I was reviewing an extensive legal document over several days, and making notes as I went. Today as I was typing, the program simply closed. When I opened it up, all my notes were gone. Not just the unsaved ones. ALL of them. Days of work are gone. Definitely looking for alternatives since this one is a waste of my time and resources. Also, this bug entry is obnoxious.

  13. Why is it so difficult to report a bug for Adobe? Your product is a joke. Half the time it works, and the other half of the time, you can't do anything. When I can't do anything, it's either because not a single document will even open up, or if you are able to open it up, the loading bar just goes around and around and around and you can't edit anything.   14. Using Adobe Sign today, I also found that the field automation didn't work. The message would show that fields are available, but then when you click the icon to apply the fields, the message would come back that it couldn't find any locations to place a field, totally not recognizing the Signature or date lines requiring manual field placements.

    In the date line options, please add: yyyy-mm-dd - HH:MM:ss
    (required by the Canada Revenue Agency on their T183 Authorization to E-file signature forms). I have to always enter this text manually.

  15. It would be useful to be able to set an expiry date on the password. I sell 1 year licenses of resources and password protect them. Ideally I would like to have the password expire in a year so the customer can't access it unless they purchase a new license

  16. I've never used a program that can edit documents that doesn't let the user select all content of all pages in the document at once, yet that is how Adobe Acrobat works. it seems impossible to select all the content of a PDF to do something as simple as say change the font size/color etc.

    Please please add this as an additional option, either by making a second repeat of the command select across all pages or making the command work with a different key combination.

    I still can't quite believe I'm writing this request... surely I have it wrong…

  20. Online Image Converter Poor Quality

    The online Adobe image conversion service at,
    https://acrobat.adobe.com/link/acrobat/jpg-to-pdf

    ...claims to produce PDFs of the same image quality, from JPG or PNG. However, PNG files converted to PDF are poor quality with JPG lossy "fuzziness" around the edges of typefaces and lines. Horrible.

    I would recommend that you either change your description to JPG quality, or upgrade the PDF image quality to that of "lossless" image creation. JPG is okay for photographs, normally, but they are horrible for graphics, charts and text.
