  3. On several occasions Adobe DC closes stating that I have exceeded my allowed devices and I need to logout of one device in order to register the one I am using. However, one of the choices to logout is the device I am currently using. I only have a desktop and a laptop and those are the only two devices registered. I have not changed the name of either of these devices nor cleared any caches nor local history files. While this may seem like more of a nuisance than a major issue, it has happened when I am in…

  4. I had a perfectly functional version of Acrobat. The Acrobat DC trial was suggested, so I tried it. But it deleted my old version and I am unable to roll back, and the disks are in storage on the other side of the world, so I now have no versions of Acrobat. This is a poor way to encourage users to purchase new product, which in my case did not work.

  9. It has taken me an hour to get clear information on the options for purchasing Acrobat. I couldn't find any information on how to buy the 'perpetual licence' or what this entailed - nor what the differences are between the subscription and one-time purchase. I had to ask all these questions through an incredibly inefficient online chat. This information should be freely available and transparent for customers - companies generally do this so that customers don't waste hours and end up feeling vaguely conned before they have even bought anything. Apart from that issue, I suggest a subscription service that…

  11. This is an Enterprise Admin Console suggestion. Please find a way for an admin portal user to determine how many "activated" licenses the end user (email account) has used and which device(s) the activation has occurred on. Nice to have the device name, tag number, or serial number. In addition, if a user has lost his device or it has been stolen (computer, for example), how can the license activation be disabled for that device? Thank you. Mike LaPolla

  13. We have users with more than two endpoints and I imagine others do to. We need the ability to have a single user with more than two signed in instances. Happy to pay for the licenses, just need the capability.

  15. Hi,

we use free seating and we have a Cirix environment. Our users complains about the information, that they have to log out from a session when they want open the next open. Why is it the job f the user to do this, Adobe has the information and can disconnect every connection automatically. THIS IS WHAT WE NEED:

  16. I purchased a subscription to Acrobat DC on 12/16/2019. I now have to use a trial version of Acrobat DC because whenever I open Acrobat it says I have to use a 7 day trail version or buy it again. What do I have to do to fix this?

  18. The installation of Acrobat Pro DC on Mac using the Creative Cloud desktop app fails with error code 101 (see attached screenshot).

  19. After latest update to Acrobat DC, dated 2/4/2020, users get the following error when shutting down or restarting their computer: "You don't have permission to shut down and restart this computer."

The problem seems to be isolated to shutting down/restarting via the start button. The computer can be shut down via command prompt, or red button on login screen.

If I disable the 3 Adobe services relating to license check and updates, then restart, the problem goes away.

  20. I installed Adobe Acrobat Reader DC on my new Windows 10 laptop. After installation I was looking for the familiar Adobe icon, and it was nowhere to be seen. The only icon that said "new" was the icon for One Photo Viewer. I hovered the pointer over it, and it identified the app as Adobe Reader! I clicked on it, sure enough it opened Adobe! What gives??? I restarted the computer, no change. How did Adobe install with another app's icon????
